(I am still such a noob) soundcloud: Soundcloud covers (>> Feel free to ask me stuff.) I am just some guy who likes to draw. about me: I like bears ! all kinds of them. ..not much to say though :P SPECIAL ABILITIES: (That's the part where I convince you that I get the job done :P) - I can cook 5 minute instant noodles in just 4:58. - I can communicate with cats on occasion and have a grumpy staring contest with them. So what are you waiting for just hire me already :P ( well I am just starting out and I got plenty of time to improve) Dislikes: people who do not eat the pizza crust :D "If you do not eat that pizza crust, you are weak and natural selection is coming for you!") Some more practice on the skull
-note I totally ignored the expressions and stuff I just wanted to get things to look somewhat ok....
- Just practicing basic anatomy + I simplified a lot.
- I can see my style shifting more towards semi - realistic mixed with anime ( I do like anime but I can´t get along with eyes beeing “too big” )
- after filling up like 3 pages of faces and skulls I think I made a bit of progress I certainly like those faces better!
Anatomy practice with reference, this still looks inacurrate to me.
feel free to give me advice!
Pose practice with reference!
Really like this artist´s artstyle and his tutorials are awesome: http://nsio.deviantart.com/art/Nsio-Pose-Practice-5-Tsuchimiya-Sayaka-2-469183381
Definately going to do more of these!
Tried to go even faster… I think this took me 3-4 hours (breaks dont count.)
remember these are sketches if I really was to do work that has to be finished I would give myself like 2 or 3 days of 3-4 hours each :P
A little challenge I took: REDO recent stuff, that I actually found “decent”
1. spending less time (therefore no further correction in the end)!
2. I will figure out what I didnt like about the last drawing and change it!
3. Getting out of the comfort zone and try stuff I never did!
Should anyone be allergic to cats (this case “cat - ears”) I will deeply apologize,
but it´s not going to get any better (for you unfortunately :D)... no what I want to say is that I somehow cant stop drawing unecessary cat ears :P
A small step to a new (hopefully better) artstyle!
This took approximately 2 hours or so, but then I went into “correction mode” trying to fix things that I dont even know how to fix, probably making it even worse..
I wanted to achieve a slightly more realistict style this is the result.
the more I learn about how to draw the more it tells me how much I dont know, which is really troublesome sometimes.....
Almost done, now I need to think about what kind of magic she uses...
This probably took me way too long, I am a complete newb to color/light theory
I had to fix lots of stuff and there´s still a lot in this that I dont like.
But as “the story” http://xerosnks.deviantart.com/art/It-s-just-a-short-prologue-539482085 progresses I will do some rework on this one. IM NOT DONE YET :D
This IS so ACCURATE!!
So I took it a bit further, I dont think I have a sense of design at all :D
But eventually I have to do stuff like clothing!
some ideas on “the witch”
Seriously this place can be strange, but you guys are awesome.
I will try to give it my best and to impress you if I can
Frankly speaking, other people have noticed that I´d only draw pretty much the same stuff :
(childlike proportions and facial features that I can´t seem to change) -Well it´s because I wanna get it right first before I move on+ ofc I like to draw that way :D. - SO a buddy (Henry) wanted me to show him that I could do other stuff too (and its not like I didnt learn that stuff like semi -realistic proportions including 7,5 to 8 heads proportion, honestly I started there and just went to drawing what felt easy to me ( the childlike proportions 6,5-7 heads, because I always wanted my characters to somewhat look cute.) SO with this one I tried to do the proportions and anatomy with a minimum of reference ( trying to memorize them too, I´d look at them for at least 5 minutes and put them away to get down what I can still remember.) -with the 3rd figure I tried some designs with fantasy clothes that look kind of awkward :P
I went with “the flow” on this one: That means I would not care about anatomy and proportions so much ( that doesnt mean that I dont apply any) it just means that I´ll try to get things to “look” right without measuring and looking at reference... --> figuring it out myself, cause thats the real challenge.
I feel like I´ve improved a bit but I can still spot so many things that I am not happy with.(should be a good thing right ?)
(originally done on paper) --> Tradigital
Doodling around... just felt like taking my sketches to the PC and redo the lineart as fast as I can, so I´d say it still is really sketchy

(League of Legends fanart) - I haven´t finished this...
lately I´ve noticed that the time I spent on drawing/ sketching has decreased a lot ( LIKE A LOT)
so I just thought “ you know what screw practicing boring figures for now “
so I made this fanart (L.O.L : Annie) - got so many things to improve....
A thousand layers later..
Almost done :D (of course I used reference)
but I am facing difficult stuff that I have 0 clue about like : shadows and highlights and the anatomy of the feet and hands is really bad.
[Unfinished] 4th phase: main colors and background elements
This really took me like forever and there is still a lot to do....
(unfinished) 3rd phase of the sketch: done with some coloring, but I am not done yet :D
Bakemonogatari is an awesome anime, what I especially noticed is the fantastic artstyle of it and the movements of the characters in this anime is really something else :P
(Unfinished)
2nd “phase” of the fanart I tried to clean up some lines and to prepare the whole sketch for coloring in layers
Sketch spamming :P
While some angles are really awkward, I really like this speed sketching
FINALLY finished my 2nd sketchbook :P well I was a fool, thinking I could make it in just a month ( it took me almost 2 MONTHS :P)
some sketches that I originally did on paper first, but I kinda liked it so I decided to trace it over in photoshop :P
even though I am drawing for like 4 months or so (well seriously drawing with the intention to learn and to get better) I don´t think I did much progress.... art or just sketching is such a big topic, one could get overwhelmed easily, you see at least I do know now it´s better to be frustrated about ones mistake than not even noticing it in the first place..
rough and rushed sketches without using reference ( should´ve though)
“fumbling in the dark” I had no Idea how to improve... still I dont think I made much progress in the last 2 months or so, but I got back on track and I´m wokring harder now ( learning from reference and I stopped trying to figure things out myself, which really helps )
--> from reference (of course I changed it a bit :3) : http://tinyurl.com/papzyx7
It`s like I´m running into a wall at certain points, I still struggle with anatomy and proportions in my sketches, so without any reference It seems like I can`t draw anything right... but I can only be as good as I allow myself to be so I can´t stop here...
