A while I go I filled out this shipping chart made by @redcrowz and I want to go through it since I haven’t posted anything Mtl related in a while
Murderface/Toki and Murderface/Skwisgaar as BROTPs just work for me, especially Murderface and Skwisgaar with the Dethcamp episode. Abigail and Toki I feel like would just bond a lot after the events of DSR and still stayed friends after AOTD
These should all be pretty self explanatory
I don’t like Knubbler and Abigail because I really don’t think Abigail would ever like Knubbler like that(though I do believe that they somewhat got along after she was introduced)and with Murderface and Magnus I mostly just read a lot of fanfics where Murderface was considered the youngest in the band before Toki so it just felt kinda wrong
Nathan/Magnus is something that is also depicted in pre-klok which is something I can see happening and Magnus/Charles is something I’m cool with because I’ve seen @fishklok make a lot of good stuff with that ship. Abigail/Charles is just one where their personalities work well together
I know I put Toki/Murderface as a BROTP but I also see them as a cute couple. I see Amber and Seth as a malewife and girlboss relationship, bet Seth also kinda sucks, and MMA/Magnus I like just because I like antagonist pairings.
Honestly I feel like these, besides Nathan/Charles, are the most popular Nathan ships in the fandom. Abigail/Nathan I have always liked and Pickles/Nathan really grew on me as I watched the show.
I feel like a lot of the conflict in season 4 would have been prevented if Nathan, Abigail and Pickles just got together. Melmord, Amber, and Seth really grew on me because of @fishklok fan art
These ships I feel like have the most you can work with because both these ships include a lot of one on one time with the characters which is why I like them so much

I am still so confused by how people ship hammertooth like I made a TikTok about a few months ago and granted that TikTok didn’t get too popular but in the TikTok I was talking about how I find the ship weird because Magnus literally manipulated, stabbed, kidnapped, and tortured Toki(and Abigail had to suffer too), and at the end of the TikTok I made a comment saying to people who like that ship what’s your reasoning like what is so appealing about it?
Like listen, I am all for a Magnus redemption arc like if he lived, him being able to redeem himself would be quite interesting, but I don’t think he could ever redeem himself in a way that would make Toki want to befriend him, let alone date him
I also feel like I should mention that Magnus never really even cared about Toki like sure in Dethcamp you could reason that he saves Toki because he didn’t want Toki to die but it could also be because he wanted to be able to get revenge on Dethklok because Toki was his bait, but also keep in mind like even before then every time Magnus look at Toki in that episode he had a look of pure distain and anger on his face
Personally, I feel like people shipping Magnus and Toki has the same energy of how people in the Danganronpa fandom shipped Mikan and Junko, because both Toki and Mikan were people who were taken advantage of people that they care about, and who thought cared about them
So like I ended my TikTok I’m going to end with the question if you ship Magnus and Toki, what is so appealing?
I’m two weeks late to do this but August 6th was the first year anniversary from when I started watching Metalocalypse. I planned that while watching the show I would draw doodles of the characters and post my opinions on them but I didn’t end up doing that so I decided I would draw them now.
I don't have anything very good but I can provide SOMETHING.
I made a now abandoned concept for a fanfic and mentioned it on my blog a while back, it was a murderface x [another band member] fanfic. SOME people seemed interested.

This was poorly made with the characters barely in mind. It was Moreso me playing around with expressions/sad ideologies, angst, and just general overall unhappiness. I am an EVIL gay man who likes to make characters suffer for the fuck of it.
Honestly, I could have just put my OCs in this situation, and it would have worked FAR better. Most of my ocs are miserable anyways. What's a little more angst in their lives???
Anyways, if you want to see cringe ooc Murderface, go ahead and take a look.

This is Skwisface, it was never intended to have a happy ending, at least not for Murderface.
It's Skwisgaar he's "with" skwisgaar
Every character is 18 or older. I want to make that EXTREMELY CLEAR.
I have a better explanation of the entire story saved in my drafts. It's completely scraped as it's very OOC for everyone involved in the story, I just REALLY REALLY wanted to make Murderface sad. Ok??? There's about 2/3 parts to the[scrapped/abandoned] story.
If people are interested enough wjth I will post some more about it. Anyways, enjoy these young murderface sketches made specifically while I was drafting said scrapped story.

He's supposed to be drenched in rainwater in this drawing. Cliche, yes, I know... Anyway, this is an aftermath photo where Murderface realizes Skwisgaar has had no interest in him and that he's been led on. :/
(He finds Skwisgaar sharing a very loving moment with Toki, nothing sexual just them being together and clearly having a romantic moment with each other)
Murderface finding Toki with Skwisgaar. Paired with a monolog where he's being SELF AWARE. In the other sketches made for this script, he's putting the dots together on why things between he and Skwis failed. Blaming himself and himself only. "I waschnt enough." Is the jist of his inner thoughts or whatever.
Shittily done sketch. Didn't wanna draw the eyes so I shaded over them instead. Some more part of his lament that I mentioned previously. Forgot to sketch in his little stache sorry :(( visually he's supposed to be grasping at the emptiness where his heart should be. It's supposed to symbolize how Skwisgaar basically stole his heart and left Murderface alone with nothing.
The final part, at least the last somewhat completed sketch. Current day Murderface. The monolog also includes Murderfaces' take on what he felt back then and what it's like currently. He was mad hurt and angry at the time, and "it schorta juscht schtayed that way"
Anyways i was really proud of the monolog even if it doesn't fit murderface at all. Perhaps I'll remake it with my OCs because I AM proud of how the story plays out a lot actually.

Ricky would try to use as much of Dethkloks money as possible. Let's be real. They'd all buy alcohol and drugs and have a grand old time.
Julian would probably try to get one of them to invest in the park/his business, and like Slyly, try and get some of their earnings with an offer, but he'd definitely target Murderface or Toki even Though Nathan Pickles and Skwisgaar make far much more than them. If he DID TRY and make an offer to one of them, they probably wouldn't take it. They'd have to be drunk too at least.
But 1] if he talked to Nathan Nathan would probably forget about it when they sober up and be like yeah no and Julian would be like. "Seriously man???"
2] alternatively if Charles found out he'd be like HAH no. Absolutely not. You are NOT investing in this park it's trash and hopeless.
3] Maybe they do give some money to Julian, but it's definitely not as much as he wants.
Toki and Bubbles would like have SO MUCH FUN. I imagine he'd ride in the little wagon Bubbles attaches to his go cart. Or alternatively he would drive it around probably crash it.
If he does crash it he 10000% gets Bubbles a new one.
They'd definitely have fun stealing carts together. I'd like to draw them playing with carts at some point :)
Ricky and Pickles would definitely be a pair
Julian and Nathan would be buds
Toki and Bubbles would be friends.
Let's all be real Lucy would probably try to hit on Nathan or Skiwsgaar.
He'd probably try to hit on most of the women in that park.
Murderface might try and flirt with her and she'd obviously be like "ew" but perhaps she MIGHT sleep with him, but at somepoint he'd definitely blow it and she'd kick him out of her trailer.
This might cause something between him and Ricky, and honestly, Ricky would win a fight with Murderface.
Imagine Dick William Randy and Lahey all hanging out? I mean they're all gay as fuck. I think at least Knubbler might enjoy their company. A few drinks, something to nibble on, and then probably get outta dodge once Lahey gets slammed.
I wonder if Pickles and Lahey would have a drink off, who do you think can drink more?
That's all I've got right now maybe I can think of some more ideas later

I made some fanart of Dickface/Murdertooth, but Dick and Toki are both Murderfaces' BD, and they both have 1 kid with him. I have no idea what drove me to draw it, but I did.
Im sorry, metalocalypse fans, but whenever I see a grown man, I must draw him pregnant. Not for nefarious purposes, but just because men being pregnant feels right.

God I love Knubbler X Murderface and Toki X Murderface so bad I can't decide which one i like more they are both so cute and ugh I love the idea of Murderface being happy with either of them because he deserves to be loved :(((( I've made art for both Dickface and Murdertooth and as of typing this I'm continuing to work on making more of BOTH ships.
If anyone has any prompts or anything for either of those ships let me know! I enjoy drawing all three of them so deeply.
Especially Knubbler and Murderface, they are so much fun to draw ugggggghhhhh!!!!
