Has anyone ever wonder why shijima wears glasses š
Any ideas and headcannons
i love Mei but like are they the same person or??? (Yes I read the manga but they still confuse me..)
So I just put it in persona series terms
As Shijima is the persona of Mei ideals and her dreams for the future in her tower painting she wants to show to the people but unfortunately she didnāt make it.

Signs That Shows Hanako Being Related To His Chinese Zodiac
The wood goat
Ok here is part 2
Although we donāt know Hanako personal relationship with shijima mei of the art room, well other than wanting her to finish the painting.
He does hate the power of No.4 and her perfect world itself
so happens that the first boundary they went is no.2
And as we all know he is the 7th mystery
In his design in his color scheme he wore a black school uniform and has a redish line at the bottom of the uniform as well on his hat and seal, along with his tsueshiro both being white, one that also red while the other is blue.
See you soon in the last part
Pls see part 1 if you havenāt
Signs that shows Hanako Being Related To His
Chinese zodiac sign
I posted that hanako/Amane yugi zodiac in China was a Wood Goat and today I put in analysis on it
Keep in mind Iām doing this for fun and just happen to peak my interest, Iām not really good in explanation so the images will do most of the talking. This is part 1 by the way
I mean that kinda true I guess
See you soon in part 2
The Yugi twins in TBHK were born in 1955 that means their Chinese zodiac is the wood ram.
Iāll leave the rest that read this fine some connections

I can't help but find it so ridiculous how Hanako literally planned for Aoi to die and yet they're both having a normal conversation as they're going to the existential version of nowhere.
"You may have done some real shady stuff and left me to die behind someone's back, but what do you think of my friend?"
Through Neneās pov heās introduced as a very sweet guy and stuff but the problem here is that Neneās is an unreliable narrator since she romantices life + Kou speficially treats her a lot nicer.
He is also heavily morally righteous and tries to hear Hanako out even after knowing he murdered someone, saving him from Teru.
Kou also ends up trying to shoulder other peopleās problems, and many of his actions are seen as āheroicā or āselflessā BUT sometimes this due to a more ugly part of his character the fandom seems to discard often.
^ To elaborate, I want to bring up this scene since itās iconic asf
On the surface itās like: omg wow so brave of him to kill himself for his bf !! However, in the red house arc (which for context shows him his biggest desires) we can see that he just wants mitsuba to rely on him to the point of extreme measures.
This is rooted from his inferiority complex due to being outshined by his older + younger siblings; AND to add on, Hanako straight up tells Kou twice hes unable to do anything. Then to push it further, Teruās like ur weak lil bro go back to the kitchen during the no.6 fight. Mitsuba dying infront of him 6 times doesnāt help either..
When Mitsuba asks if Kou is okay and needs to talk about his problems, (I forgot which specific chapter..), Kou automatically assumes that Mitsubas just worried about Kouās reliability because he has such a low self esteem and is used to given up on.
His inability to actually make stuff happen and ppl telling him he canāt do shit make him very eager to try and shoulder other ppls problem in an attempt to have someone depend on him.
So when Mitsuba comes in with nobody (besides tsukasa but he does more harm than help so wtv) who can help him, Kou.. heh.. ig u could say.. JUMPS at this opportunity.
Anyway, in the Nightlife arc Mitsuba is like āhey can u kill me Iāve given up on being humanā, and Kou finally lashes out. Mitsuba is indirectly telling Kou that he gave up on him trying to make his wish come true; AND THEN to make it worse, Mitsuba brings Tsukasa right after up..
Kou gets desperate and forces Mitsuba to stay alive even if he doesnāt want to because both
1) if mitsuba leaves nobody will depend on him and
2) heās gay for him + misses him after watching him die + canāt bring himself to kill Mitsuba
Yes, he cares a lot for Mitsuba as a person and making his wish come true, but he also just wants to be depended on after being told heās a let down over and over again.
As I mentioned before, Kou has a trend with diverting his problems from other people and keeping his real feelings in. Nobody expect for nene knows about Mitsubas and Kous relationship, and it literally took Kou like 70 chapters or smthn to give her the basics.
Heās speechless when Akane asks if Mitsuba and him are close because Kou never mentions Mitsuba at all. Teru doesnāt know whatās up with him, and just assumes he āhas a goal in mindā. Even when having his big speech defeating Habuko Kou just refers to Mitsuba as āhimā.
Okay anyways the point Im trying to get is Kous character is a lot more complex than the fandom passes off !! Yes he can be very sweet and all but thereās other parts to his personality that arenāt so black and white.
Color practice before i bring the big dog out (Teru coloring āŗļøāļø)

TBHK spoilers; don't read unless you're caught up with the manga.
Why have, at least from I've seen, most people in the fandom forgotten about Kou's desire/contemplation on becoming a supernatural?
In the far shore arc, after the Severance, it's is shown that Kou had a conversation with Natsuhiko regarding this topic, though we don't actually see the conversation. He's asked Teru what he thinks of Kou himself becoming a supernatural. He also seems to pick up on the information that eating a supernatural makes you become one.
I know this arc was around a year ago but I feel like it was either
An unessassary plot point that was scrapped OR
foreshadowing
I feel like, once we get back to the main timeline, that will probably be Kou's main conflict (after everything with Mitsuba dying AGAIN is resolved. Though, we don't know if he's actually dead or just in pieces like at the aquarium.)
I really hope this plot point gets brought up again because if not I'll feel like an idiot :3
i wanted to try a manga redraw and i made mitsuba bc i love him so much
