Sonic and Nine—Mended Edit!

Hey all! Here’s another edit of Nine and Sonic (I love this duo, more edits coming soon hehehehehehehe) to the song ‘Mended”. This show is so incredible for giving us an alternate universe based off of “what if Sonic never existed?” What if Tails never had a friend to save him from the bullies, what if Amy never fell head over heels in love? Such a fascinating concept! Well enough of my rambling, please enjoy this edit! Let me know what you think :)

NINE’S APOLOGY (Dear Evan Hansen/Sonic Prime edit)

Hey everyone! One day when I was listening to ‘Word’s Fail’ from DEH (yes, I am a musical theatre nerd 🤓) I started to imagine how great it would sound with an edit of Sonic Prime. A couple hours later… voila! Hope you enjoy this little emotional mash-up as much as I enjoyed editing it!

Тяжело сказать "Прощай"/It's hard to say Goodbye

RUS: До чего же грустно прощаться, особенно, если ты знаешь, что больше не встретишь своего друга. Пусть Соник и Найн не стали настолько крепкими друзьями, как Соник с Тейлзом, но всё же я считаю, что эта дружба имеет место быть, которая со временем, возможно, могла стать сильнее и прочнее, чем на данный момент у этих двоих. Я верю, что если бы Соник не зацикливался на сравнении Найна с Тейлзом, а Найн был бы добрее и отзывчивее, то тогда у них всё было бы хорошо во взаимоотношениях.

И тем не менее, я посвящаю свой арт (нарисованный ещё год назад) выходу последнего третьего сезона мультсериала от Нетфликс "Соник Прайм", потому что финал меня очень тронул, и я просто не могла не нарисовать эту прекрасную сцену прощания.

ENG: It's so sad to say goodbye, especially if you know that you won't meet your friend again. Sonic and Nine may not have become as strong friends as Sonic and Tails, but I still believe that this friendship has a place to be, which over time, perhaps, could become stronger and stronger than these two currently have. I believe that if Sonic hadn't been fixated on comparing Nine to Tails, and Nine had been kinder and more responsive, then everything would have been fine between them.

Nevertheless, I dedicate my art (drawn a year ago) to the release of the last third season of the Netflix animated series Sonic Prime, because the finale touched me very much, and I just couldn't help but draw this beautiful farewell scene.

ENG: If only Sonic and Nine had understood each other and not quarreled, thinking that the other had betrayed him, perhaps there would not have been that battle and the almost complete destruction of the multiverse…
