mafuyu cares a lot about kanade, but her expressions don’t show much on her face
mafuyu’s well versed in medical knowledge and will take care of kanade no matter what
mafuyu is the lyricist for the music group

(A/N: I hope I did a decent job! Had to do some digging since I've never heard of Project Sekai before, so I apologize if anything is out of character!) As she slowly opened her weary eyes, Kanade felt the familiar weight of illness settle upon her. Her body ached, her head throbbed, and she could hardly find the motivation to even lift her head from the pillow. She'd spent another long, brutal, and hyperfocused night composing. She really knows that with her poor and immunocompromised state with the lack of sleep and proper nutrition, she should have gotten some rest the second she felt the malaise seep deep down. However, songs needed to be composed, and work needed to be done. Honami was too busy helping someone else to aid her this time, and Kanade grumbled to a sitting point. She had to save herself. "Hm." Mafuyu, however, appeared to have other plans. Mafuyu sat quietly by her bedside, with a stoic expression as she observed Kanade's condition. Despite the lack of emotion on her face, Mafuyu was deeply concerned for her friend and roommate. She knew how much Kanade dedicated herself to her music, often neglecting her own health in the process. Mafuyu had always been silently impressed by Kanade's drive and determination, but she was certainly viewing its downsides at this moment. As she gently placed her hand on Kanade's forehead, she could feel the fever that had set in overnight. "You've got a fever," Mafuyu spoke. "You've been working too hard again." "...There's really no such thing as working too hard." Kanade's voice came out weak from her scratchy throat. "There is. Now, Honami stopped by and cooked us some oats. You're going to eat them, they're good for your throat." Kanade tried to muster up a weak smile as she met Mafuyu's gaze, but even that small gesture felt like an effort in her weakened state. "I'm fine," she insisted weakly, even as her body betrayed her with a fit of coughing. Mafuyu furrowed her brow, unconvinced by Kanade's reassurances. "You're not fine," she replied firmly, her voice betraying a hint of annoyance- Annoyance that was only masking compassion. "You're sick, and you need to rest and eat." Kanade huffed in frustration, her determination to work warring with her knowledge that Mafuyu was right. "But I have so much work to do," she mumbled stubbornly, attempting to push herself upright in bed, only to be gently pushed back down by Mafuyu's stern hold. "And you'll do it poorly If you do it sick. C'mon. Oats."

Day 1: Anti-Harassment! ....And now, I present my 'lazy' artstyle, where I let anatomy kinda just be cutesy and I render...Not a lot. They are named Proshipper 1 and Proshipper 2, and represent the positivity of the proship community, so feel free to draw them or just sorta do the same idea! They are two college students, Proshipper 1 (guy in front) being 22 while Proshipper 2 (other guy) is 24.

The Daddy's Little Toy author situation just goes to show how anti ideology has hurt people. Like an author is in jail for fiction fucking fiction! From what I know the author is placed in prison or is being held in jail awaiting sentencing currently. For from what I'm gathering a completely fictional story. You don't have to like what she's writing to think that people shouldn't go to jail over fiction. That the thing. Also who the hell gets to decide what is and isn't simply vent or awareness spreading and what is and isn't titillating. Also many trauma survivors create vent art that may sexualize their trauma but it's still vent art. I understand Australia's free speech laws are different than America's but this is the same country that's forcing people to upload their ID to access any social media site essentially. You don't have to like the story to essentially say "you shouldn't go to jail for that". Fiction is not and never will be equivalent to actual CSAM. And supporting obscenity laws will never be for the benefit of the public. And it's harmful to equate real CSAM with fucking fiction. You cannot be anti-censorship for fiction and then draw the line at things you don't like . Like imagine if your horny Sebaciel fanart put you in JAIL under CSAM charges. With the same cell as real people who actually exploited real children or wanted to look for and use real exploited children. "Stop imposing your American views on everything!". How is it imposing my American views to say that free speech should be a right for everyone not just people on America and that thought crime isn't real and shouldn't be normalized. Studies don't show a causal link between consuming dark romance media and actually committing abusive acts or consuming fictional depictions of CSA and actually harming people if anything artistic expression can get out some pent up frustration. People with intrusive thoughts may have intrusive sexual thoughts about inappropriate things and write them down what if those are found and it's considered CSAM even if it's fiction? Like thought crime as a concept should not be normalized. Fiction is fiction. I've only seen the snipbits going around social media. But like I hated it thought it was gross so I refused to listen to it anymore and went about my day. No one should go to jail over fiction yes even if that fiction has problematic themes. For example I am. Trans person I don't think anyone should go to jail for writing a transphobic book. I might hate the author but I won't advocate for their arrest and imprisonment. Like I've seen and stumbled upon much horny Sebaciel fanart and I don't think any of those artists should go to jail or be on a register with people who've actually exploited or aides in the exploitation of REAL CHILDREN. Obscenity laws are bad things and we shouldn't normalize them. From what I've heard the book doesn't even talk about sexual contact between an adult and minor it mentions the audit man listing I've the character when they were a minor but many non-banned dark romance books have that and the writers aren't jailed. Obscenity laws are bad. No one should be in jail over fiction.

Hi anon, I'm glad you asked, I felt like I needed to elaborate on that more since I started to realize it could cause some confusion/misunderstandings oops 😭 What I mean by saying that, is that when you are proship, you are aware that every ship deserves to exist in fiction, whether or not it's something you like, right? But I'm saying that shouldn't translate to what you believe should be okay to exist IRL, as in you know, for example, incest ships are okay to exist in fiction because it's fictional, no real person is being hurt, and though maybe it's not your cup of tea, you'll just block it and move on knowing it's okay for it to exist in it's fictional realm. But you shouldn't believe it's okay for that sort of relationship to exist in real life. I'm sure most people know this, y'know, but just in case. I see a lot of people who only think things shouldn't exist for the simple fact it disgusts them or makes them 'cringe' and it's to the point those things shouldn't exist IRL because it causes harm to real people, so if someone happens to not be disgusted by that kind of relationship IRL, maybe because they know it's okay it exists in fiction, and decides it's okay for that relationship to exist IRL just as much as it's okay for it to exist in fiction, then that's just not something I can agree with, so I put that disclaimer so people know right off the bat that everything I'm supportive of in dark fiction does not correlate to what I see as acceptable IRL, plus proship and profiction is purely for fiction in this regard- everything deserves to exist in fiction, as it causes no harm to real people. Though, I don't go out harassing anyone of course, this is the stance of a proshipper; antiharassment, I just block people who have views that are too contradictory to mine for me to get along with. If I ever felt someone was at risk of doing harmful things IRL I'd report them as needed and then block. All in all it's just a disclaimer for people to know if I'm someone they can interact with or not. This isn't to say I'm just strictly against paraphiles by the way, I do think there's a difference between someone holding a harmful attraction and getting help for it and knowing it's NOT okay to have that kind of relationship IRL so they don't pursue it, versus thinking it's okay to have that relationship IRL and/or pursuing it (therefore causing a real person harm), but this part mostly ties into my anti-contact stance. I hope this all makes sense and if you need anything else to be elaborated on please do ask! I like to avoid misunderstandings as much as possible and am always open to explaining anything that needs to be elaborated on. Think of that 'there's no such thing as a stupid question' saying because that's what I believe in lol
Hi sorry I'm coming across some posts of people being confused if proship means 'problematic ship' and people misusing the term proship FOR problematic ship who call themselves a proshipper, I think I've even used proship as a broad term on my blog to INCLUDE people who are darkship, who are still proship, since I think many of my followers are darkshippers, but I've been trying to make sure I say 'proship darkshippers' instead to avoid confusion, but. Proship is 'for shipping', pro = for. It's anti-harassment with fictional ships, the idea that every fictional ship deserves to exist without the enjoyers of said ship being harassed for it no matter the nature of the ship and no matter if that ship isn't your cup of tea. Blocking instead of harassing if it's a ship you dislike and not looking at the content made of that ship but keeping in mind that just because you dislike it doesn't mean it shouldn't exist in fiction, things like that. Profiction is the same concept except replace ships/shipping with fiction in general, once again pro = for. Darkshipping/darkfiction (or some people use the phrase 'dead dove do not eat', dead dove being the indicator that the media has dark content in it) is the term used for when a ship or a piece of fictional content has dark ideas incorporated into it. Like incest, non-consensual sex, adult x minor/loli/shota, etc.
Now here's the fickle part. A person can in fact be a darkshipper and enjoy dark fictional content and still not be a proshipper. A proshipper does not NEED to be a darkshipper, they are just anti-harassment. A darkshipper can, let's say, like incest ships, but if they dislike minor x adult ships, and they decide to harass someone who does enjoy those ships and believe that minor x adult ships shouldn't exist because they think it's 'too far' or 'too gross', they are not proship. Alternatively, someone could be very uncomfortable by any sort of darkship, they only like ships that have healthy dynamics and never incorporate dark ideas into their ships, but they don't harass people who do indulge in darkships and don't believe in the censorship of said ships just because they don't like it (they block and curate their online experience to fit their boundaries instead of going out of their way to harass people who break said boundaries). That person is a proshipper. So to reiterate, proship does not mean problematic ship, darkship is the term you're looking for. Now, knowing how words tend to change overtime in communities, perhaps I'm wrong or I've stated some incorrect information, and if I have please correct me 😭 but if not, I hope this all makes sense and helps at least someone out whose been confused.
Just a reminder that 1. You owe absolutely nobody an 'explanation' on why you enjoy dark fictional content and 2. You don't NEED to indulge in dark fictional content for the sole purpose of coping with trauma/processing trauma for it to be a valid use of your time and attention. If you do, that's wonderful and I'm so glad it provides you with that comfort, but it isn't an obligation to be able to enjoy it. Have fun with it, and please don't let what others say make you feel like you need to explain yourself, or that you need to be doing it for trauma related reasons, because that isn't true. Okay? Proship has always been and will always be valid! Proshipping existed well before the discourse became a thing! Back when people shipped sebaciel without batting an eye and read whatever the hell they wanted without the fear of being a 'bad person'. When everyone knew that finding these topics interesting in fiction didn't correlate to their views irl. When people knew to block what they didn't like, and didn't threaten real people over their own dislikes. These things have always existed in fandom spaces, and though it's valid to hate certain dynamics and topics in fiction it doesn't mean anyone deserves to be threatened and harassed if they do like those fictional ideas! I love you proshippers and you are always welcome here!

Because telegram is a messenger, not a typical social media where you post stuff and get followers. Well, antis on telegram are even worse that... Anything, to be honest. And I would like to address one undescribably awful and disgusting situation, which had place in proship friendly space on telegram
So, there is a popular form of russian public channels which is called confessions, where you can almost absolutely anonymously (or completely anonymously, it depends) post any confession on a specific topic. BTD confessions, genshin confessions, queer confessions, etc. And there is one of channels which is friendly to proshippers:

Now this shit is serious. I could just ignore all this thing if it didn't involve possible csem. Antis on telegram literally send proshippers and neutralshippers scem in order to... I don't even know. Traumatize them probably? While saying they "protect traumatized from abuse people". What a hypocrites. There is no excuse for this. Yes, "hardqueers" may be wrong in some aspects of their ideology imo (for example they don't care about slurs since in Russia it's a normal thing to say slurs you can't reclaim etc), but it's not an excuse for such behavior. Even though there are no proofs of this situation being true besides my screenshots and her (mod's) words, there is also no proofs that this DIDN'T happen. And we are talking about CSEM. And I think direct screenshots of scem being sent in bot would be considered as spreading csem which I don't want to do. So the only thing I left to do is to hope you'll pay your attention to this disturbing and terrible situation. I would be grateful if you'd reblog this to your page so more people would know what's going on. And if you are a telegram user, PLEASE, BE CAREFUL. There are some people with bad tendencies who can hurt you. Telegram's anonymous politics may be hurtful for your mental health. Block any suspicious users, report them and their messages, and take a break from the internet in case something like this happens to you
