When the UK announced they were joining the space race with their own mission to Mars, Harry knew he needed to follow his dream. He just didn’t expect to fall in love along the way. It was basically made for me, it was my one requirement for signing up for this fest, it had to be an astronaut prompt. I thoroughly enjoyed writing this story and watching these men fall in love before my eyes. There were many times they were ready to profess their love for each other before I was ready. I listened to The Killers a lot while writing this, specifically Spaceman and Dustland Fairytale.
