Do you guys think that Will Cipher is a version of Bill that fully expresses his feelings about destroying his own universe instead of hiding what's really going on?

Also, here's another version of the outfit bc I couldn't decide which one I liked more. Even added a doodle of Opposite Jax smiling. I don't really see him happy so I just decided, eh what the heck why not?
