Some random headcanons that I think are pretty popular yet are still rad

Lloyd could’ve been really tall because of his Oni blood but due to not being able to eat much food with nutritional value while at Darkleys and while he was homeless AND because of his unnatnatural growth spurt Lloyd never reached his true potential, height wise.

Due to Cliff Gordon’s uhhhh ‘womanizer’ demeanor Jay has tons of half siblings! Only a few of them know about each other but they all look identical due to the curly hair and freckles that all of them posses

Kai has a beauty mark opposite to Nya’s and Nya has a scar opposite to Kai, making them sorta mirrors of each other

Continuing with Kai and Nya being mirrors of each other, Jay and Cole used to confuse them for each other, mostly in the morning due to Nya’s insane bed head and Kai’s flat hair

After becoming a human again one of Cole’s eyes turn green to match his scar

Cole lowkey hates wearing black outside of his ninja suit. The color just reminds him too much of sadness and death so he much prefers wearing colors like burnt orange, deep green, royal purple, and mahogany

Zane is the bug killer in the house. That’s not a headcanon though, that’s a fact

Zane really likes the color pink, however due to the other’s toxic masculinity in early seasons he pretended to hate the color too

Lloyd loves having plants in his room, he just loves taking care of them all. Also he gives them names

wow! kai and lloyd are such good brothers and purely platonic I love them!

Look at what i got today!!! I went to a new mall with some friends and found out that they had a second hand lego shop essentially!! It was soo cool and I probably would’ve spent so much money there if I could but hey, I got these boys and I’m good with that!! Unfortunately they didn’t have the golden scythe or the golden nunchucks so that made me a bit sad but it’s whatever!! I at least have these boys now!! think i might turn them into earrings tbh...

The theme this year is “How do you celebrate Christmas/the holidays?”, and I felt one of my family’s traditions fit really well. On Christmas Eve, us kids each get to open one early present: new winter pajamas! So here’s the other ninja doing the same for Lloyd...giving him Christmas Eve pajamas, I mean.

Ok so I remember hearing that the season 14 villains were a tribe that used storm magic (i’m unsure if this is 100% confirmed though cause i’m lazy) and i was causally rewatching season 8, as Harumi stans do, and as they were flying through a storm Nya tells Jay that there was an ancient tribe that worshipped a storm spirit called “Wohira” and now all i can think is that’s gonna be the tribe in season 14

When Lloyd was a little younger and it was his first Christmas the ninja wanted to to be really special and so Zane and Kai were forced to sing the ‘Snow Miser and Heat Miser’ song for the pure entertainment of Lloyd and he still hasn’t grown out of the love for the yearly performance.

Headcanon that even tho Zane’s a robot he wears glasses for fashion purposes please 💕❄️

Ninjago but make it a Barbie and the Diamond Castle AU where Cole and Jay are Liana and Alexa, Lloyd is Melody, and the villain is the Overlord.

Basically Cole and Jay are besties and live together in the middle of a forest all alone, one day they are gifted a beautiful mirror and it’s revealed the mirror actually holds Lloyd, a music god in training, who hid in the mirror to get away from the wicked Overlord who wanted to control all music for himself. Now Cole and Jay must help return Lloyd to the Diamond Castle so that he can protect the magic of music from evil.

If you couldn’t tell I rewatched something Barbie movies and have a few AU ideas including this one.

hi my headcanon as to why Harumi goes from having side bangs to blunt bangs is that the sons of garmadon were low on red face paint and she didn’t have enough to cover her forehead so she just cut her hair so she didn’t look stupid

like guys. it’s canon he doesn’t remember stuff related to the mega weapon. once the ninja went back in time and destroyed it, somehow it erased his memory of garm even having a mega weapon

fic idea where Jay knows morse code and whenever he gets anxious he starts to rely on it to communicate how he truly feels and it’s sort of an outlet to let his emotions all out and sure not one understands but he’s fine with that. he doesn’t want to be a burden.

but one day Zane gets curious and downloads a morse code guide to understand Jay whenever he uses it and is just shocked to learn that Jay has just been Jay nervously venting out his soul. so he starts to slowly respond to Jay in morse code, giving him words of comfort and such and at first Jay is like ‘you know morse code???? ahhhhhhh don’t tell anyone what i say’ and from then on Zane becomes part of Jay’s support system, sending him calming and reassuring words through a language on they can understand and over time Zane starts to vent to Jay through morse code as well, letting him know his deepest secrets about his anxiety as well and Jay returns the favor, telling him it’s alright and that nothing bad will happen again.

this fic could go two ways now,, post season three angst where Jay just lays in bed unable to sleep slowly tapping away in morse code missing his dear friend or a much fluffier way where the rest of the team is persistent about wanting to know what they say in morse code and keep trying to ask Jay and Zane about it but they just explain how it’s their little secret that neither of them are ready to share with the others, but one day, they might just share the truth with them.

,,,what’s the Jay/Cole/Zane ship name? I’ve been calling it ThreeMusketeersShipping and I’d really love to know if that’s its real name or if I just made that up.
