thinking about established relationship hilson is so funny because you just know they get freaky in wilson’s office (only office whose walls are not made entirely of glass) and it’s totally an open secret because the ducklings have come in on more than one occasion to the sight of house’s hand down wilson’s pants and the first time it happens chase comes in and is like what the fuck is going on and house just says “consult” without missing a beat and chase like. smacks his forehead on the doorframe in his haste to run away and immediately tells foreman and cameron that their boss is fucking his boybestie and they’re both like. yeah duh they’re so obvious with it and then house comes back with a hickey demanding blood tests or whatever and it never comes up again.

i’ve been close to giving up on this show so many times, but i’m genuinely not sure how we’re supposed to come back from this. killing bobby is an absolutely horrific writing choice, and having eddie - a main character - not be present to say goodbye, or even getting a fucking phone call to inform him?

what are they even doing here, man?

it kind of feels like there’s no point to this show anymore, because none of the characters will ever recover from this. their entire lives will be stained by this guilt (chim, hen, buck) and grief, and quite frankly i don’t trust the writers or tim to handle any of that with the grace and compassion that it deserves.

to do this to such a loyal, dedicated fan base - who find so much comfort in the show because it doesn’t kill off its mains - is genuinely just very cruel and unnecessary.
