In Italy, it's really common for clubs (like discos) to do free entry for women, which is clearly a marketing tactic to get more disgusting males to buy a ticket because they're going to find girls there.
Is this common in other countries as well? Do young people talk about it? Here it's a huge MRA argument for "women's privilege" đ
It follows Delia, a woman stuck in an abusive marriage, during the days of the first italian general elections in which women were allowed to vote, just after the liberation from fascism, while american troops were still patrolling italian streets.
It's fun and delicate while tackling important issues, and it's one of the few strongly feminist movies that managed to appeal to the general public in a country in which femicide is still a prominent issue which our government refuses to talk about.
It was Cortellesi's directional debut (she's also a co-writer and plays the main character), which is wonderful on its own but even more so as it was the most successful film at the Italian box office in 2023.
Please please please support women directors, especially those who are not american and struggle to get to an international public.
Paola Cortellesi and Emanuela Fanelli in "There's still tomorrow"/"C'è ancora domani" (2023)
I'm begging all feminists to watch this movie if you haven't, it was huge in Italy and deserves more international recognition

Stop forgetting that being a woman is not a monolithic ensemble of patriarchal stereotypes.
So disheartening that in 2025 we still have to remind people, young people, that women are people.
"I'm not a woman, I'm just a person"
Women are people, being a woman is being a person, we are not an alien or some kind of strange invention. Women are people, being a woman is being a person.
20-something socialist woman, this blog is a sharing space for thoughts and opinions because I miss being politically active (which is on hold for personal reasons - mainly getting a degree)
I'll talk mainly about feminist theory and anything related, my positions are radical - I'd love to interact with people who share (not necessarily) similar views.
Also some occasional posts on music, art and the likes, everything fiercely nonconformist.
You can call me M :)
its funny that i used to be in a gendie friend group. Even if i didnt believe in what they wanted i genuinely didnt care because i just wanted to talk about the hobbies we shared and that. but i SWEAR that they filled my head until it exploded
my limit was when at one point they randomly started to talk about how evil ''cis'' women are (specifically '''cis'' lesbians) saying super misogynistic things and even calling themselves misogynists (''''as a ''joke'''''')
thats the moment i saw their true faces behind that mask of ''tolerance and social justice''
Hello! im new on tumbrl (not really) Im going to be direct, im here to read and express myself about radical feminism. I always were a feminist but sometimes I feel a little alone about that and and never really expressed it because of my shyness. Thats why I made this space. to talk about radfem and meet radfems like me. Dont be shy to add me!
things to add about me: nothing really surprising, i am a nerd who loves random shit but in special: art books, anime, drawing and diverses ways to make art in general, feminism (duh), animals, cute things, natural spaces, biology, humand and above all female anatomy, languages and linguistic. Im a minor but i will no longer be one in a few months (yeah im kinda in crisis about that).
aaand something important to add. I am not a native english speaker, Im hispanic actually, so the way I write can be weird/very reduced so keep that in mind. XOXO.
since i'm putting in effort to revamp this blog and use it more, i might as well make an about me:
hi, my name is dot (short for dorothy). i'm adult years old and i live in the great city of wouldn't you like to know-ville.
i'm crypto. in fact, if i'm reblogging posts from you, it's very likely i follow you on my main.
you might know me on other websites as vampface or vampfacing.
DNI/DNF: anyone not willing to engage in good faith. everyone else welcome, i don't mind cryptos following me and i don't mind "hatefollows" from TRAS.
beliefs: abolish the sex industry. LGB without the T. the beauty industry calls women ugly to sell us shit. 4B, we will not free ourselves by coupling with our oppressors. men can't become women and vice versa. BDSM fetishes are normalized domestic violence. non violent fetishes are used to sexually exploit all aspects of female existence. believe all women, yes, even that one you don't like. i stand with JKR. yes, all men. Feminism should be intersectional. Not your uterus, not your opinion (Pro-abortion and pro-choice).
Woman (Tara Strong) has problematic opinion online - evil bitch
Man (Jim Cummings) accused of rape, sexual abuse and animal abuse - based
He admitted to the animal abuse btw. What happened to all of the outrage Internet people usually have for mistreatment of animals?
Should be obvious, but I'm not defending Tara Strong at all, just noticing the disparity in treatment towards problematic female voice actors and male voice actors, who have been accused of violent crimes. Reminds me of the treatment of J.K. Rowling (though I agree with most of her takes, obviously do not agree with Tara), versus the treatment of Neil Gaiman. Evil bitch vs based, boycott vs separate the art from the artist. Interesting.
voice acting as a profession is so funny because you'll see someone being like "voice actors need to be paid better! like [obscure person you've never heard of]" and you're like "oh I wonder who that person is, maybe I've heard them voice a character" and you look it up and it turns out they voice 137 characters in Futurama and 94 characters in The Simpsons and 96 characters in Adventure Time and every one of the My Little Ponies and 27 characters in Arcane and 96 characters in Kim Possible and 4 characters in Phineas and Ferb and 296 characters in Dexter's Laboratory and all of the main cast of Fairly Odd Parents and at least 6 characters in every Pixar movie and almost every animated depiction of Superman and 473 SpongeBob characters and they've been in every installment of Mass Effect and Halo and The Elder Scrolls and Fallout and Call of Duty and they were in Star Trek and Law & Order and they were 12 characters in the MCU and they also invented t-shirts and the colour green and they got paid a sum total of $3.27 and a mothball for all of it combined. then you go burn down David Zaslav's house with him inside
It's not that we think women are incapable of evil depraved acts, of course they are, anyone is. It's that, very interestingly, despite being perfectly capable of doing the same horrid things men do (bar not having the built-in rape tool..), statistically speaking, women never do. For men, rape and murder are a rule, for women they are the exception. Did you know that men account for over 99% of rape? Did you know women account for at least 90% of rape victims? Did you know a man is more likely to be raped by another man than he is by a woman? Men can victimise each other but it is truly rare that a woman will victimise a man. Instead of taking these statistics so personally, you should be appalled at your fellow men.
i got diagnosed with cancer just a few weeks after starting testosterone. after going through the trauma of the diagnosis, surgery and recovery, and finally processing everything that happened to me... i realised i don't want any gender-affirming surgeries, ever. i want to keep all the healthy tissue that i can. if these people could understand what it feels like to have to give up physical parts of you, they would probably change their minds too. it makes you a lot more grateful for what you have, i think.
Might be a repost but this is getting trippy
sometimes i think if i had access to female-exclusive spaces and was able to make meaningful connections with other girls/women (depending on my age at the time) that i wouldn't have transitioned.. bcs i'm gonna be real i really don't get along with men. and being in male social circles is just weird and uncomfortable and i don't think they're funny or interesting or all that likeable at all. i also miss the bathroom not reeking of piss and hearing old men moan when they pee (why do they do that?).
1000 based likes!
do the potential babies also haunt the guy who discards of them into his cumsock everyday
lmaooooooo
To any lesbians/gays reading gender critical posts out of curiosity/anger --
You can disagree with everything I say, but I want you to listen to this one thing.
You're not wrong for being exclusively same-sex attracted.
Before I was gender critical, I thought something was wrong with me because I was only attracted to "afab" individuals. It's okay to not want to interact with a dick. It's okay to not want to interact with a pussy.
No matter what your friends/the internet want you to think, you can actively desire one sex. It's not hateful. It's homosexuality.
Your sexuality doesn't have to be passive. You don't have to close your eyes or pretend that the dick/vagina isn't there. You can actively want only vagina or only dick.
It's not evil. It's not wrong. It's not discrimination. You are not a bigot for not wanting to date/have sex with the opposite sex, no matter what they say.
I honestly hate how I feel the need to say this. But, I think more LG individuals need to hear it.
someone argued with me once that TIMs are 'the biggest threat to western women' right now and... no. males in general are. and regular masculine straight men are using TIMs as scapegoats to make themselves look innocent but in reality every type of man has been raping and murdering every type of woman since the beginning of civilisation. yes this is a unique situation because TIMs are able to invade women's spaces but any male can become a TIM which is why the whole thing should be gatekept if the trans community doesn't want sexual predators affiliated with them. self-id needs to stop right now.
many women, even radfems, give gender conforming males the pass to be sexist and abusive and only call out tims for being misogynistic perverts
your movement will not go anywhere if you solely focus on the minority of effeminate males but refuse to talk about and fight against the average males that regularly hurt women and girls. if tims just vanished, we'd still have all the depraved, rotten, subhuman males that have also invaded women's spaces. this isn't a trans issue, it's a male issue
You shouldnât have to be trans to get any sex characteristic-related surgery. Itâs not a limited resource. Plenty of cis men get implants and cis women get breast reductions. From Colby Gordon today and Leslie Feinberg in Transgender Warriors (1996).
but what about MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!????????????
âBut what about trans womenâ is just ânot all menâ for liberals
i believe in gender abolition too, i wonder if our views would mostly align. have you any experience with transition? to be candid, i've transitioned socially and hormonally to male and always found myself unable to make transgender friends until i realised that it was the ideology i was unable to relate to, that it's pretty much a requirement to befriend these people. i'm mostly interested in gender as a broad topic, not just transgenderism, and it's obvious relation to sex and similar topics like sex-based oppression. my views and values also align pretty massively with radical feminism. what in particular would you want to talk about? i'm passionate about women's reproductive rights and despise pornography with every fibre of my being, to name a couple topics.
Please.
I need someone to debate about gender with
Send me an ask or a reblog about your opinion regarding gender and feminism, anything.
95% of women in prostitution want to leave, but can't because they don't have things such as financial means, healthcare, housing, treatment for addiction, or job training.
this is not a 'choice', and it is not 'empowering'.
there is no consent when a woman is fearing for her life.
(This book was published in 1987)
Iâll start!
1. the clitoris is present in ALL mammal species, as well as many species of birds and reptiles.
2. the clitoris is mostly internal, much larger than you think, and capable of erection. It is made of the exact same tissue types as the penis. It extends from the head of the clitoris (external) all the way to the sides of the vaginal opening (internal), sometimes beyond. it also extends laterally.
3. the full, accurate anatomy of the clitoris is missing from most medical texts. Doctors who perform pelvic surgeries may not know where your clitoral nerves are, and may sever them.
4. most women cannot orgasm without clitoral stimulation, and yet many men expect them to. I suggest these men orgasm without penile stimulation.
5. Indian flying foxes have been observed engaging in cunnilingus, which increases the duration of penetrative sex. Non-human primates have also been observed engaging in cunnilingus.
6. Clitoral stimulation causes ovulation in some mammals for whom the clitoris lies inside the vaginal canal, suggesting an evolutionary function for the clitoris.
7. Some people like to hypothesize that the clitoris is vestigial, despite zero scientific evidence to back this up.
8. The scientific study of the clitoris has been severely impacted by misogyny. Misogyny is also evident in the lack of sex education on the clitoris, where it is often omitted or only discussed briefly.
9. The clitoris has over 10,000 nerve endings.
10. The clitoris is THE source of sexual pleasure and sexual function for 50% of our population.
The most telling part is that trans people canât even defend their ideology without resorting to repetitive slogans. I mean, come onâthis is the identity you claim you'd die for, remember? âDeath before detransition,â and all that. But then again, itâs probably easier to die for it than to actually defend it, becauseânewsflashâtrans ideology doesnât really hold up under debate or scientific scrutiny.
So, a moot of mine was posting art on Twitter, and then some obsessed brat came along asking, "How can you be a radfem and an IDV player?" Now all their little cronies are going on about how all the IDV characters are supposedly trans, and how gender-critical people apparently canât enjoy games becauseâchecks notesâtrans people are "the majority" in fandom spaces.
Like, honestly, are you that upset that radfems can enjoy media without needing to centre their entire identity around it? Itâs quite sad, really. The most telling part is that they canât even defend their ideology without resorting to repetitive slogans. I mean, come onâthis is the identity you claim you'd die for, remember? âDeath before detransition,â and all that. But then again, itâs probably easier to die for it than to actually defend it, becauseânewsflashâtrans ideology doesnât really hold up under debate or scientific scrutiny.
Biological women face greater oppression than tims ever will

A woman who harms still exists within the same oppressive systems that radical feminism is working to dismantle â patriarchy, misogyny, generational trauma. She is still a woman, and her liberation as a woman is something radical feminism fights for.
But that doesnât mean her harmful actions are erased or excused. The abuse of a child is its own distinct harm â and that child deserves justice, protection, and healing. So while radical feminism stands for the liberation of all women, it also demands accountability and transformation, especially where harm has been done.
Itâs not either/or â liberation and accountability can, and must, coexist.
What is up with these anti-radfem/TERF people acting like only white women are radfems/TERFs? Because last time I checked, most of the radfems Iâve met are women of colour and such. I mean, there is a huge radfem movement in South America, and parts of Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Itâs seemingly only in the West where feminism is more liberal.
So why is it that they are making up such lies??
So let me get this straight: A male author who wrote Ethical Porn for Dicks wants us to believe that porn addiction doesnât existâbecause people just feel guilty about watching it? Please. The gaslighting is unreal.
Ugh what is your opinion on this article? I would love to hear it
If you only knew how much Muslims want to wage jihad. They want to be heroes of the Islamic war. I feel sick every time men talk about massacres with reverence.
It's not widely publicized, but Islam allows sex slaves. Only for men, of course. And then they try to convince me that it's the most feminist religion. Fuck zombies
The most insane psyop of the twenty first century was people trying to convince the world that Islam is a #progressive religion or somehow more progressive than Christianity whenâ ignoring all of its other flawsâ Islam and Islamic societies have engaged in just as much colonialism and colonialist atrocities as Christianity and Christian societies, and that colonialism is still on-going today. Places like Chechnya, Uzbekistan, Libya, Malaysia, Sudan, and even fucking Iran did not just come into being as Muslim, it took centuries of oppression of indigenous populations and their religion to get to that point. Islam (as well as Christianity!) is not above criticism.
