Short Little Text Post Because I Keep Thinking About Charlotte N Her Relationships With Other People

short little text post because i keep thinking about charlotte n her relationships with other people (she is very dear to me)

She's honestly so interesting to me because she constantly seeks for others to view her as independent and not take pity on her. She knows she got herself into her situation and aggressively defends herself anytime it's brought up and anytime she explains it to other people. I also feel that she's so self-sabotaging it pains me. She consciously went into the cavern without a helmet, knowing there was mold. There's something so devastating about that because she was so confident nothing would happen. When Airy disappears she actively isolates herself and doesn't talk to anyone, knowing the mold is getting worse, and knowing she's losing herself. She doesn't seek out help or company when this happens and that's what kills me. When she is given the money, she doesn't give it back and say she doesn't need it like a prideful person, she keeps it and spends it, KNOWING that her friends were going to eventually find out. Charlotte closes herself off and doesn't let ANYONE in, even when shes dying and no matter how many times people show her care or just check in on her.

Sorry if this is off from my regular posting and is all over the place, I'm on my way to bed and felt the need to rant!!! I also feel like I haven't worded myself properly but I'm still going to post this
