So sun haven has been out for a while. Other people have posted about these issues (like my friend kyle and my partner meg a few times)
But heres the thing. It just came out on switch and it still doesn't have credits. It's been out of early access for over a year and playable on steam for even longer and still no credits anywhere (unless you backed the game on kickstarter yay).
And this sucks!! It sucks to have this really nasty feelings about this game. It sucks to be suspicious about WHY there arent credits. It sucks to see the developers looking to hire more and more people and I'm sitting here thinking "are these potential hires okay with never being credited for their work?"
And this isn't just about me and my work. I've mostly moved on from this. But there have been *tons* of people who worked on sun haven despite what they might try to pass off in their discord. I've spoken with a lot of people who worked on the project. Theres a lot of amazing skill that went into this game and it's just sitting there. Who made this game? Well pixel sprout studios! Who works for pixel sprout studios? Good question.
(also posted a bit about this on bluesky)
Moon knight sketches
So a few 'Peter Parker in Gotham' AUs use the idea that Dick Greyson is Peter's bio dad. I haven't yet seen an AU where Wade Wilson is somehow related to Slade Wilson, but I think it could be a fun AU. But if we combine both these together with the ship spidypool, we can create the ultimate unhinged crossover AU.
Dick doesn't know why his son from another universe is dating Slade's kid from another universe but he is about to lose it. Slade isn't dealing with this revelation much better. Meanwhile Peter and Wade are having a great time fucking around in another universe.
My new stylus is here (RIP the old one)... time to sketch and adapt!
Oh _lovely_. Everyone go turn this off:
Enhanced Visual Search in Photos allows you to search for photos using landmarks or points of interest. Your device privately matches places in your photos to a global index Apple maintains on our servers. We apply homomorphic encryption and differential privacy, and use an OHTTP relay that hides [your] IP address. This prevents Apple from learning about the information in your photos. You can turn off Enhanced Visual Search at any time on your iOS or iPadOS device by going to Settings > Apps > Photos. On Mac, open Photos and go to Settings > General.

Get better soon young master silver shield 😄
subscribing to a fic isn’t enough I need the author to blast a bat signal into the night sky whenever they update
I understand the appeal of wanting every adult hero to instinctively adopt teenage Peter Parker, but can it really beat the hilarity of acknowledging that at 15 Peter was 5'10", unusually buff, went by a moniker with Man in it, wore a creepy full face mask, and had a tightly guarded secret identity and probably a Queens accent thick enough to have come out of a jello mold, and adult heroes reasonably responded to him by going, “Wow, this grown man is an immature asshole for no reason.”

MY HEART IS BLEEDING 🥹
I've seen in some fanfics Jason remembers what was said at his grave, and now I imagine how even in his madness Jason is looking for his NEPHEW, because that's the only thing that can keep him sane
DC/Marvel Peter Parker in Gotham AU where Dick Grayson is Peter's bio dad, and Jason is Uncle Ben.
Peter finds himself in another world where Ben exists only for him to be dead here too. Peter is lost, alone in a world he knows nothing about and has no one to talk to. Even if he starts making friends he can't tell them the truth about being from another universe. And yeah his bio parents exist here, but what is he supposed to tell them? He would just sound crazy, better to avoid them.
But he needs to talk to someone, so Jason's grave becomes a place where he can vent and reminisce.
