You know when the episode started I found it wierd that Jupiter Jim's meet n greet was empty.š¤ Especially with how many movies Jupiter Jim appears to have made, and how well his merchandise sells.
But looking back it makes sense, Marcus has probably been kidnapping fans for a while now.
And I imagine that after the third year in a row of fans going missing, and last to be seen at his table. His table and whole section were probably labeled as cursed at GalaxyCon.
Rumors soon spread that anyone who goes to see Marcus Moncrief turn up missing shortly after, fans of the series go in but never go out. And with less and less fans showing up, it probably became easier for him to kidnap the few dedicated fans, who did come to see him.
And no one would suspect him either, why would Marcus Moncrief be kidnapping fans? Wouldn't a retired actor like him have better things to do like collect his royalties and play golf. He probably gets hassled by fans off the street, it can't be him.
It appears that after years of playing Jupiter Jim has caused Marcus tp be unable to differentiate between the character and himself. Its Method Acting gone to far. So many people address him by Jupiter Jim, that he really started to believe it in his old age.
But hey at least we know where Raph gets his Ahoy catchphrase fromš¤·šæāāļø
Spare some art reblogs? Some art reblogs ma'am? Likes will not feed my family.
Previous Turtles: barely own a suit or a trench coat.
Rise!Turtles: pulling up to fight the shredder
The only thing the new episodes of have taught me is that the Rise!turtles are the most boujee out of all the previous generations. These boys own casual wear, sports gear, formal wear, and even a winter selectionš¤£
Boujee: luxurious in lifestyle yet humble in character.
Weekly reminder for the Rise of the TMNT fandom to send out emails toĀ
to show that we support the show!
Let them know that you care, that you want toys, new episodes, that you buy the show, whatever your thoughts are!Ā
Just be civil about it and REBLOG this, please!
A lot
āHow arw you paying for photoshopā im not LMAO
According to this twitter, Rise of the TMNT is on aĀ āproduction hiatusā after Season 2 (and I assume also after the movie. I certainly hope the movie wasnāt cancelledā¦). Not completely cancelled, but they arenāt sure if theyāre gonna renew it either. Iām not sure what the options are, if theyād have to keep it on Nicktoons if they did renew it, or if they could put it on Netflix for one more season.
Either way, merchandise seems to be the big reason why Nickās hesitant, so buy all the merch youāre able to along with the DVDs and buying the eps off iTunes/Amazon/etc. Keep emailing Nickelodeon as well, and again since kids seem to be a huge factor in all this (nevermind that the previous TMNT show seemed to only cater to adults after a while but whatever), try to get relatives or family friends with kids into the show. If you know kids who do watch or like the show, tell Nick about it! Let the channel know thereās a wide audience for it and that if theyād just give the show a chance, they will get views and support!
So yeah, since thereās no official cancellation yet, Iād say keep fighting and keep doing your best to support the show however you can. Weāve still got 23 episodes of Season 2, and if we can change their mind by the finale, thereās a chance we wonāt have to wait too long for Season 3
Today is truly a sad day, because @Nickelodeon wants to do the Rise!tmnt fans dirty, but I refuse to let this be the end of the show. I am honestly praying that the Movie on netflix will lead to a wider fanbase and give us a season 3 and more, never give up hope.
