AU Where Everything's The Same Except Ford Is Evil.

That's it. That's the only difference. He's been working with Bill all along.

A picture that's split in half in the middle by the broken interdimensional portal. On the left side of the portal, Ford's just stepped through, dressed in dark gray body-covering clothes, and is glancing back over his shoulder toward the portal and thinking "Wow, 30 years of waiting and that broke in 15 seconds. ... Am I the only one who made it through?" On the right side of the portal is Bill, floating in a dark void, bright red with anger, yelling, "SERIOUSLY?!"

Ford is saying "I found a rift!" and holding up the globe containing the interdimensional rift, which floats between his hands. Bill is throwing his fists up and kicking his feet in the air saying "YES! That's my Sixer!"

Panel one: from left to right is Ford (dressed as Stan) tied up with rope, with duct tape over his mouth, and apparently kneeling, trying to say something muffled by the tape; Stanley Pines (dressed as Ford) saying "I caught my LOUSY, BACKSTABBING brother. I can show you the kids' plan. Just come into my head"; and Bill floating next to them, looking down at Stan and Ford. Stan and Ford are glaring at each other.
Panel two: a closeup on Ford's face, showing the frantic, terrified look on his face and his disheveled clothes. Off-screen, Bill is saying "AHAHAHA! This is why you're my favorite, Fordsy! SEE YOU IN THE MINDSCAPE!" Ford tries to yell through the duct tape but only makes louder muffled sounds.

It's the worst possible outcome for Ford: he wanted Bill to win, but he also wanted his family to stay safe. Now neither will happen.

I started drawing these because I wanted to provide context for making an Evil Ford costume design, and then I didn't even do that lmao. Also because I was imagining "if Ford ran into an alternate of himself out in the multiverse, who would be the ABSOLUTE LAST Ford he'd ever want to meet?" and I think it's this guy.

one time I saw a headcanon that slightly aligns with your bill:

In every single picture you take of him, he is staring directly and unblinkingly at the camera.

Oh, that's a fun headcanon, I like that. Even if someone's trying to take a candid shot and they think he doesn't know they're taking it, even if Bill isn't turned directly toward the camera himself, even if he didn't seem to be looking directly at the camera when they took the shot—his eye always is pointed straight at it in the photo.

Now you're looking at the picture but the picture is looking at you.
