decluttering - the process or activity of getting rid of things you do not need or want from your home or another place.

decluttering is very underrated!

every item we have holds a specific energy, depending on what we ''energized'' it with.

''energizing'' an item = putting an intention/intense feeling on it.

example: you want to do tarot with the help of playing cards you found around, but they keep telling you wrong things! this is because the cards were 'energized' with the energy of 'playing' (in case someone played with that specific deck before). in such case, clear the cards, 'return them to the state they were' (by order) and set the intention that from now own, they will predict.

the same goes for other items - if you have some t-shirt you were once made fun of, you will always be reminded of it, wearing it, even subconciously, feeling 'negative' or as if people judge you by your looks, because that is the ''energy'' that was set into the shirt.

you can take an item and set the intention like ''if i write with this specific pen, everything it writes will come true'' - the trick is it to 100% believe it, without doubt! think of ways you could trick yourself into believing.

to heal, it's very necessary to declutter everything we don't truly need. my examples:

recently, i have cleared my blog from energy that made me feel even the tiniest bit uncomfortable - this allowed me to regain control of my emotions and self, as well as be able to set boundaries;

i have removed over 2000 ''watch later'' videos on youtube, because i felt like 'i will watch them later' even if they are on that list for years. removing them, i don't feel like 'putting things on tomorrow' aka procastinating anymore, which means, i removed my energy of ''i'll do it later'';

often we don't recognize that we put negative intentions in our things! to allow to heal from those energies and intentions that bring us more harm than good, it's better to either remove them from our lives or, if it's something that has to stay, clearing its energy.

why do lucky charms work?

because we believe that this certain item brings luck, so everytime we truly believe in that, the intention becomes stronger and more positive. this goes for ourselves as well - if we believe that we are lucky, luck will surround us constantly!

intention & belief are the strongest power we can have!

it is difficult to believe in ourselves. it's difficult to believe what society doesn't believe. but doing that, we can be very powerful!

tasks

how about we try things to help you clear your energy? it will improve your well-being very much! doing these will help you to remove things you are uncomfortable with yourself with and become a more confident soul in general!

digital declutter - remove: tabs, posts you saved for later but don't actually use/need, pictures on your device you don't use or have the tiniest discomfort/sadness with, organize everything by folder, remove apps/programs you don't use, youtube playlist videos you put on later but haven't touched in the longest time, delete emails/spam & make them stop sending them if you don't actually need it, messenger/social media chats you don't use for long with people you stopped chatting with, delete 'downloads' you don't use - it's just use of space, remove phone numbers/contacts you don't use ; organize everything to not let you feel confused/lazy next time so you won't have to declutter everything again and instead do it instantly;

home declutter - let go of items you truly don't need and won't ever use, sell/give them away; old stationary that doesn't work anymore - throw such things away! paper, litte things that lie around for no reason, clean the whole house - and i mean every inch of it with the intention to clean the energy in the home, re-organize your room/table/bed if it doesn't satisfy you, going by the feeling by ''well i have no choice'' if you can't change it will show universe only that you're not grateful, so if you can - change it in someway, even if it's just moving the bed to a different place or putting pictures on the wall, keep things that make you happiest in a place you see them most - that way you will 'automatically be grateful' and gratitude means getting gifts from the universe! have a place for every thing and reward yourself everytime you put it there instantly instead of just putting it somewhere with the intention to 'clean it later' - that will just put in negative intention in your effort again; if you have food, makeup, paint or other products that have a date limitation, throw them away if they're due!

personal declutter - analyze your feelings, give yourself time to think: what makes you feel upset in any kind of way? write down everything you can currently think of in some journal or even simple piece of paper, don't put it on later, make it a habit, reward yourself for it - don't let those confused and mixed emotions wander through your mind, it just gives your body more stress! draw out your emotions - you don't have to be an artist, you can even do it with paper and pen, just draw whatever you feel like; if you surpress yourself, you will know what to work on; do shadow work, forgive things that happened in the past, clear out misunderstandings with people, go out to nature more, meditate, plan your days and find your own schedule! if you feel bad for going to sleep at 2am - work towards going sleep earlier, being proud of yourself is important! be more honest - being honest, without surpressing, will make you find ways to deal with it in a healthy way even when releasing those emotions, but your mind and body will be thankful! do more things that make you cry - cry more, sing or talk loudly more to be more confident, go to the mirror and practice seeing the good parts of yourself! write down anything you wish for/what you want/what you deserve, rebirth: burn the past and start from zero - if you had no limitations what would you do? and even if you have limitations, what is a smart way to do it anyway? do things that make you passionate, have your own morning time, evening time, passion time, work time, calm time, sleep time - give yourself time for everything you want and don't ever ever ever feel guilty about treating yourself nicely! treat yourself more with your favorite movies or snacks or desserts!

hey! ok so this is just a little rant.

i won’t necessarily say i have lucid dreamed, but i have been in a dream and been aware that i was in one. i just can’t necessarily control it? or i still get caught up in the dream. good thing most of the time when i am aware i’m in a dream it’s not a nightmare. but i noticed that the times when i do tell someone in my dream that i know i’m dreaming, they look at me weird or something suddenly goes off? i can’t explain it.

so one time, i had this clip of a dream of me and my mom were planning on going to a carnival or something. she said something along the lines of “oh maybe it’s not a good idea, i don’t want you to get hurt on one of the rides” or whatever. and since i knew i was dreaming, i said “oh it’s okay, i’m dreaming anyways so let’s go.” then she stood and looked at me with a slightly shocked expression like “girl what?” 💀✋🏼 she looked a bit petrified too, but she just said “okay..” right after like i just didn’t say what i just said.

then there was another clip of a dream i had where my whole family and i believe my friends in that dream were in one room and all of a sudden i blurted out “i’m dreaming!”, then they all stopped where they were. like not in a gradual way but more like they stopped in their places? like robots. then they all started to casually go about their business like they just stopped acting in a film or something 😭😭

there’s been tons of times where this has happened to me. there was even a time when i had a dream that someone was trying to hurt me and i was trying to manifest a knife to defend myself. i tried to manifest it by yelling “knife!!”, but the knife appeared in the other person’s hands and they looked at me like they were confused LMAO, i was like 9 when this happened too; i was aware of what lucid dreaming was and i thought this was me doing it at the time.

i think this is what made me develop the belief that when we dream, our subconscious minds travel to alternate universes where people play into their “roles” to help send us messages from our higher selves or spirit guides 😏🙏🏼

also known as: how to manifest using states!

Define: States 🫶

your state is what manifests, not your thoughts.

this has become a very inflammatory sentence for some, but it shouldn't be scary. states simplify manifestation, it doesn't complicate it.

at the beginning of my loa journey, i would affirm alllll day long. while watching tv, while reading, while hanging out with my friends. and by the logic of "your dominant thoughts manifest," i should've gotten my manifestations after only a few days of that. but i didn't, because dominant thoughts aren't what manifests, it's your state that manifests.

you are not a state. you are I Am, and you enter in and out of states all day long. there is an infinite number of states, and no one experiences states the same way. so even if two people are manifesting the same thing (for example, money), the State of Being Rich will probably look different for both of them. so there's really no one specific way a state should look/feel!

because there are an infinite number of states you can occupy, right now you have the power to be rich, just as much as you have the power to be poor. it is just as easy to occupy the state of being rich as it is the state of being poor. you are both of these things, and you know that you are both of these things because you can imagine being both of these things, and everything stems from your imagination.

the state that you consistently go to, also known as your dwelling state, is the state that manifests into your 3d reality.

so, how do you get into a state?

you switch states simply by intending to. the second you want to switch states, you do. in order to maintain this new state, you can use a technique such as affirming, scripting, or visualizing.

let's talk about affirming.

affirming is a TECHNIQUE. some people argue that since affirmations are just thoughts, you can never stop affirming and should be monitoring your thoughts all day long. i do not agree with this.

your thoughts do not manifest. it's why i spent my time from summer 2020-summer 2021 affirming on a constant loop 24/7 that i was in a relationship with my [old] sp, and it never manifested. it's why when you get intrusive thoughts they don't manifest. it's why--even tho every time you go to the bathroom you check behind the shower curtain in case something's there--nothing ever is. it's also why you were able to manifest something by thinking you wanted it once.

you do not need to "create new neural pathways" or think in your favor 24/7. your negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of your desired state, and you can instantly correct this by shifting back to the state of the wish fulfilled. you don't even need to flip the thought. your thoughts have no power, unless you give them power by allowing them to let you wallow in the state of lack.

all that being said, affirmations can help you maintain your desired state. i say maintain, because getting into the state is instant, and requires no technique. however, there is such thing as affirming from lack.

what is affirming from lack? it's affirming to get what you want. it's affirming from a state of not having your desire. it's the same as thinking of your desire, instead of thinking from your desire.

a few months ago, the 10k challenge was going around. it was marketed as a fool-proof way to get your manifestation, because all you had to do was "affirm 10k times to create a new neural pathway which created an assumption." yet so many people affirmed 10k+ times and still didn't get their desire. why? because they were affirming from lack.

quality > quantity. you can affirm 10k times and not get your desire, because you weren't in your desire state. you can affirm once and get your desire, because you were in the state.

so how do you not affirm from lack?

an easy way is to pay attention to your affirmations. mindless affirming is out! this shouldn't be a scary thing to hear, because as we discussed, there's no need for you to affirm 5 million times in order to reach some imaginary quota, because your thoughts don't manifest.

affirm with purpose! create an affirmation that implies you already have your desire, and repeat it with the purpose of conjuring the feeling of knowing. the feeling of knowing may feel like calm, peace, relief, contentment, or even excitement. when Neville Goddard said "feeling is the secret," this is the feeling he was talking about, NOT emotions.

if your affirmations are making you feel anxious, this can indicate one of two things:

affirming is not the technique for you (which is OKAY!!)

you're affirming to get

"affirming to get" is a big debate as well. yes, you are manifesting your desire because you want to get it in your 3D. but in order to get it in your 3D, you must change your 4D first. so you should be using techniques such as affirming in order to change your 4D, knowing that if you change your 4D, your 3D will follow. there is no one to change but self.

if affirming is not the technique for you, there is always visualizing, scripting, vaunting, etc.

also the distraction technique, my fav way to get into the state of the wish fulfilled! hehe

to sum it up:

where does persisting come in?

you should still be persisting in the fact that you already have your desire. you persist by consistently shifting back to your desired state, no matter what you see in the 3D.

reacting to the 3D, like negative thoughts, is an indicator that you have slipped from your desired state.

it can be very beneficial for you to have self-soothing tactics to use in case your 3D causes you to spiral or makes you anxious. these can include eft tapping, breathing exercises, etc.

your 3D is malleable. if you see something in your 3D that you don't like, you can change it. your 3D is simply a reflection of your dwelling state. if you don't see what you want in your 3D, let it serve as a reminder to shift your state back to your desired state. once again, you change your 4D to change your 3D. there is no one to change but self.

FAQ

question: if you can affirm to get into a state, doesn't that mean your thoughts create your state and that your thoughts technically manifest?

answer: WRONG! like i've mentioned earlier in this post, you enter a state by intention. affirming can help you maintain the state, but your thoughts do not create your state. your state creates your thoughts. every state has thoughts that correspond with it, which is why can manufacture affirmations that imply you already have your desire and repeat them to conjure the feeling of knowing. it's also why negative thoughts act as indicators that you fell out of the state.

question: isn't that the same as someone saying "just assume?"

answer: NO! there are techniques to help you maintain the state. yes entering a state is instant, but there are techniques for you to use to stay in it.

question: are states ableist?

answer: NO!!!! this is something that people are saying on loatwt in order to villainize the people who teach states, and it's frankly disgusting. ANYONE can get into a state, even if they are neurodivergent! you are always in a state! you're in a state right now. i am neurodivergent, as are most of my friends that are states enthusiasts, and it has helped all of us to manifest our desires without driving ourselves to mental exhaustion by affirming 24/7.

question: how long do i have to stay in the wish fulfilled?

answer: it's not so much about how long you stay in the state, it's about frequency. no, not frequency as the law of attraction vibration bullshit, but how often you go back to the state. if you think about your desire 15 times a day, you should shift back into the state 15 times that day. if you think about your desire 5 times, then you should shift back into the state 5 times that day.

1. strengthen your intuition. stop looking for outside proof and trust yourself. listen to the callings of your heart. if it feels wrong, don’t do it. if it feels right, trust that. also, work with the cycles of the moon.

7. be nurturing. be mothering to yourself and also spread that caring nature to others. talk about something you are passionate about. cook or bake and make a nourishing fulfilling meal. give gifts. find something to care for and pour your heart into (plants, animals, kids, skills)

8. go with the flow. don’t rush to make decisions. wait and let things unfold for themselves.

9. be artistic. start romanticizing your life. make everything around you aesthetically pleasing. listen to vibrant music. write yourself love letters. create endlessly. start daydreaming about every possibility.

10. indulge. reward yourself. eat your favorite foods. go shopping. watch your favorite tv show or movie. read a romantic books. etc.

How to Tell Ghosts, Entities and Humans Apart

As citizens of multiple realms, witches often come across supernatural beings. But it would be stupid to attribute every strange encounter to magic. Did you really see a creature of the occult? Or was that just your weird ex on the lurk?

Skin

Ghosts appear to me as shadowy figures. They always have black, see-through skin. Entities, on the other hand, tend to have unrealistically smooth and even skin. No creases, no pores, no contour – when even the most delicate human skin has imperfections and variations.

Philtrum

Entities have no philtrum – that vertical groove between our lips and nose, right above the Cupid’s bow. This is in relation to the above. Because their skin is so flawless, there are no indentations. Also in light of the above, it follows that in ghosts, you would not even notice this.

Hair

Whether they are bigger or smaller than humans, entities have cartoon-looking hair. You cannot make out the separate strands. It just looks like one, shiny blob. Because like their skin, their hair is extremely smooth. While ghosts – usually souls of the long-dead – tend to wear a hat, a hood or a veil.

Scent

Ghosts are incapable of emitting a smell. Entities, however, rival our perfumes and garbage. When they exude a strongly sweet smell, it is because they mean well. But when something smells rotten, and you cannot locate the source, it is likely coming from a very angry entity.

Stare

The longer you stare at a ghost, the more their face becomes monstrous. Because you are exhausting their ability to stay corporeal. So you will see their features melting… Unlike humans, entities rarely blink. And the blacks in their eyes are like liquid. You will notice them flowing.

Voice

In timbre, volume and accent, all three have similarities. But ghosts can speak without opening their mouth, though they tend not to use words when communicating. Entities are talkative. Many like saying nasty words for fun. And they sometimes speak in old languages you may not understand.

Atmosphere

This is the most important and obvious of them all. In fact, this is the only clue I really observe.

Humans do not change a room’s atmosphere. Ever. We affect the mood of the other people in the room. But the space itself is immune to our influence.

Ghosts, however, make everything slightly darker when they are around. Light simply dims and flickers in their presence. Therefore, it also tends to get colder.

As for entities, they silence the atmosphere. The air conditioner’s hum goes away… The crickets stop chirping… The cars outside go quiet… Because entities are powerful beings who demand to be felt.

There are certain things deities will never do and would be wildly inappropriate for them to try.

As a rule of thumb, deities will never do the following:

Dictate who you can/can't be friends with

Dictate which deities you're allowed/not allowed to venerate

Dictate who you can/can't be romantically involved with

Dictate your course in life

Threaten to leave if you can't/don't fulfill their requests

Ask you to stop taking your medications

Require you to observe a daily practice

Require you to spend tons of money on their behalf

Rush you into an oath, marriage, or some other binding contract

Prohibit you from doing certain activities

Withhold their affections if you do something they don't like

Shame you

Court minors (not in this day and age. Deities answer to the sensibilities of our time and society.)

If you see a deity act in any of these ways, you might be dealing with an impostor spirit or a mental sock-puppet, rather than the actual deity.

Impostors are petty spirits who disguise themselves as deities to mooch off undeserved worship.

Mental sock puppets are personal thoughts and insecurities projected onto an imaginary being.

And in instances where a deity is doing something you don't think is appropriate, you're always free to set boundaries. Gods don't get to act with impunity simply because they're gods.

Putting Things Under Your pillow

By putting certain things underneath your pillow, you will allow those metaphysical properties to interact with your dreams and being throughout the night when you sleep upon that pillow. Here is a small list of constructs you can put underneath your pillow that will provide you with specific kna, minds states, and physical stimuli throughout the night based on what they are:

Lapis lazuli is placed under your pillow for awareness of your dreams and the vividness of those dreams.

Clear quartz to wake up with more kna after you awake from your sleep.

Bayleaf to have more prophetic dreams.

Chamomile to promote relaxation and good dreams.

Rose petals to bring love into your waking life.

Peppermint to promote relaxation and vivid dreams.

Lavender to promote calm and for you to sleep well.

Anise to prevent nightmares.

Rosemary to prevent nightmares and to bring deep sleep.

Garlic to promote good sleep.

You can put a blade of grass or a leaf underneath your pillow to promote growth and change in your waking life.

Money for wealth and prosperity in your waking life.

A Picture of someone to connect with them better.

A name of someone to connect with them better.

You can put all manner of sigils underneath your pillow to get the effect of that Sigil into your dreams and waking life.
