Madeline had grown quite accustomed to her eccentric customer. To be honest she began to eagerly await his next order, although Madeline had no idea why he needed so many and diverse pastries. “Madeline. Madeline Daresbury, and don’t fret about it. You may not arrive on time, but you do pay on time.“ She smiled. He was by far one of the nicest customers she had, so being patient was no real issue. Quickly, she placed the money in the register and placed the rest in the tip jar. “Yes. Every year I go to Swindon, England and Point Pleasant, West Virgina. My hometown, and where my best friend lives. In Swindon, I go to one of the gay bars I used to work at do I could buy Alice, and myself food when father wasn’t the most sober… The drag queens and owners supported and listened like a second family should. They helped me understand what I was trying to suppress for so long, and made me realize that it was a thing to embrace. West Virgina, however, was the place where I was going through a dark time. I don’t know if I would still be here without them.”

“Hatter taking too much control, running out of prescriptions, remembering terrible things that are always in the back of my mind, and losing my sense of reality. Basically, losing things, or getting too much of them.”

Seeing my reflection or mirrors in a dark room, poisonous spiders, people finding out something they shouldn’t about me, and disappointing people I want to make proud.

As March headed back towards the kitchen she grabbed her Kama, not wanting to worry him. Of course if he did prove to be a threat she could just use Tetch's mind control devices, even if she didn't fully understand them.

Prying her thoughts away she scanned the multiple tea sets trying to choose which one suited the guest.

Hm the blue set, no the gold. Shaking her head, she decided to go with the purple flowered set no reason a classic wouldn't be good. Carefully she placed two teacups and the teakettle on a tray, along with a wide variety of tea bags. He should like one of these at least.

"Sorry, it took me so long. I hope we have something to your liking."

“Jervis? Are you here?” Music Meister poked his head through the doorway, looking around before stepping into the Hatter’s latest hideout. Between composing and organising his next ‘performance’, the maestro had grown bored and decided to visit his acquaintance. However he didn’t seem to be around at present.

Day 2

Like most people my favorite and first version is the Batman the animated series. I’d say the reason why this one is my favorite is because you can see where Tetch is coming from. It’s not easy to talk to people especially when you like the person. At the same however you can’t root for him, his actions are far too deplorable (and actually diverse not just “kipnap ol’ Alice”).

I guess I also relate to his want for people to be happy, feeling like you have to give this person a happy ending in order to get your own. To add, I truly would LOVE to live in a fantasy would, I remember one night were a almost cried with how badly I wanted to escape reality.

This version of Tetch will probably always be my favorite for both personal and more general reasons.

Usually I prefer much more...colorful desserts but with what you’ve told me of the event I assumed something more minimalistic in design, but rich flavors was in order. Please try it, I’m sure it shall fit your guests taste as well as your own.”

@bloodorangesangria and I were discussing the latest chapter when I mentioned how Yumemi used to have Kawaru's hair! And look!

Hehe This just shows how long She's admired Kawaru and how dedicated she is to becoming like her. No wonder she was the first one to burst upon seeing her!

These chapters have definitely made me a huge fan of Yumemi Yumemite! Though her pigtails are still the cutest and best look for her!
