The thing is, I wish there WAS ace rep in the arcane. That would have been pretty nice. But, like, it is not there. It's like everyone saying falin is fat in dungeon meshi. I have no problem with fat headcanons for falin! But, like, in the canon itself, she's just curvier than marcille in all the scenes she's naked and wears baggy clothes in all the scenes she's not. I would say she has the average female body type, even. Do not put her on your good fat rep list or whatever. People are going to be disappointed if they watch arcane or dungeon meshi for ace or fat rep when they find out that is in fact not an element of the show at all.

My star trek OC, Mephistopheles, and his boyfriend Allan (belonging to @joenasx), plus their cowboy AU versions, courtesy of tahoyakiii!
I would pay for a mod that lets your slugpups grow up
Really feeling the same pain as when httyd3 came out right now. They should invent a finale to my favourite things that are good
It doesn't really make sense in canon because unfortunately star trek treats genetic modification like it's 100% reliable no downsides captain america super soldier brain enhancement juice so it's pretty easy to tell if augmentation works or not, but I think I would find it pretty compelling if the modifications Julian's parents did on him just. Didn't actually work. They did nothing. Julian grew as he would have already and everything about him that they credit to genetic modification is just how he happens to develop. The only effect it had on him was set up expectations for Julian based on the product they thought they should be getting, like those parents who make designer babies.
I had a sudden vision: two psychics burdened with prophetic visions who illustrate what they see in their chosen mediums. Yves paints exclusively in blue, while Tim's tool of choice is a ballpoint pen. Yves' technical skill far surpasses Tim's, as someone said to have been born a prodigy, but Tim finds that art soothes his endless anxiety and as such enjoys art much more than Yves does and is much less prone to artist's block. One day they both have visions of the end of the world, and so it's up to them to figure out what happens and how to stop it. Also, Tim has a massive and painfully obvious crush on Yves, but Yves is far too jealous of Tim's quick improvement to realise it.
A cоmmission for @cawsket. Thank you for trusting me with this!
They should make something that teases two male characters being 'brotherly' while not being related at all and having not grown up together and then after minimum three seasons have them confess they were just using the word brotherly because they had some internalised homophobia and didn't know how to put their feelings into words and the only template they knew for describing a strong relationship between two men was familial and then they fuck on screen and get married in that specific order
Jinx's hallucinations, or lack of them, are retrospectively a glaring symptom of the problems season two has.
She barely has them, and there's really no reason why that I can think of. Her mental health hasn't gotten any better, and even if it had, these things don't just disappear. And why would you get rid of them? They're a big part of her character. The only thing I can think of that makes sense is the writers just... Forgot. Or someone was laid off who was the real brain behind the operation. Or something that vital to her character was just removed for some incomprehensible reason. And that's what the rest of season two feels like, really. There's so many things that were just forgotten or ignored it doesn't seem like any of the same people were involved at all.
