Just thinking of if they kept Mori and Haruhi going. Because Mori is so used to taking care of Honey and Haruhi is so used to doing everything by herself they both would have to adjust with being together. Her accepting some assistance and him letting her be independent.

Can we just appreciate that throughout the manga Takashi always regarded what Haruhi wanted rather than what everyone wanted for her. He truly understood her and respected her.
