I totally agree, BUT to be more specific (and very tragic), if I'm not wrong, Egon's body was dragged into a ghost trap. They did not show the scene in the film because it was going to be too violent, but yes. She most probably noticed he hadn't come out of his farm for a couple of days, decided to check, and...found the trap.

I'll get into their lore and specifics in another post but we are cooking. I am still deciding if this story will be a comic or a fanfic. I'm leaning towards a fic, currently, simply out of personal ease. I don't have the time or energy to draw out this entire story.

If I do go the fic route, I'll still be illustrating specific scenes as well as just general art of these guys because I love them. If I do make this fic, I'll be publishing it over on AO3 which I will be linking once I start publishing chapters.
