this is how it feels when i pretend i'm okay to everyone in order to not be institutionalized again or worry my friends in vain cause i know i won't kill myself no matter how much i want todo and i feel like such a liar and hypocrite when i lie to my friends like this cause i know i can trust them and i know they wanna help But there's just nothing they can do
