Some random childhood Bad kids headcanons

Riz was incredibly small, even for a goblin kit, like concerning tiny ears were so absolutely massive compared to his body. He also didn’t start walking on two legs until really late in his development.

Gorgug was taller than his parents at 2, but he was also very interested in their work and would randomly hand them tools to learn the name. He didn’t talk until he was 3 and his first word was “Tree.”

Adaine’s first word was “Aelwyn” who had been secretly coaching her to say the word. She also had a fascination with frogs from a young age, and at every chance she got, tried to look for them in puddles.

Fig didn’t trance as a kid (cus not an elf) but she didn’t say anything because she thought that this was normal. She used to try to sneak onto Baxter and get him to fly, but Baxter knew better.

Riz stunted his growth a little bit as a small child by being incredibly picky with his food. It was mostly a texture thing and even if he was starving he would refuse to eat, it brought Sklonda to tears sometimes because he was just so small and so skinny because the only thing he could keep down without gagging were basically smoothies. He still got all his vitamins though, in the form of WAY too many supplements. He forced himself to eat things he found physically gross once Pok died, mostly because he had to force himself to eat whatever they could get their hands on so it wouldnt be wasted once they went down to a single income household.

Gorgug might not have talked until he was 3 but he fully understood everyone when they were talking to him. He wasnt dumb, just quiet, and once he said his first word he was saying full sentences the same day. Wilma and Digby had to excuse themselves from the room a couple times because they were crying in releif and didnt want to freak him out.

Adaine was also a fairly quiet child but it was mostly because her parents were horrible and neglectful and didnt talk to her very often. Aelwyn did, because as small children they got along fairly well, and used to take her outside when it was raining to look for frogs in their garden. Adaine splashing in the puddles wearing her froggy raincoat while her big sister held her hand.

Fig, when she was small, once asked her mum why she tranced so much longer than the other elves she knew. Everyone else only needed four hours but she always felt awful unless she got eight. Her mum just told her that sometimes people need more and it was totally normal and changed the topic. Fig totally beleived her right up until her horns started coming in and she realised that oh, actually, i wasnt trancing i was just straight up sleeping this whole time.

Catherine of Aragon: crocheting while watching old movies (I'm talking b&w old).

Anne Boleyn: she loves baking but she can never get anything right. She's an amazing cook tho.

Jane Seymour: star mapping (ever since Anna got her a telescope for her birthday she spends almost every night looking at the sky and draw different constellations).

Anna of Cleves: loves to do graffiti and also woodcrafts. She sometimes mixes the two and graffitis the stuff she carves so the queens have a ton of very colourful stools.

Katherine Howard: loves to sing and wants to play all the instruments ever (especially bass), unfortunately she only got to the ukulele.

Catherine Parr: plays piano (tried to teach Kat but was unsuccessful) and loves reading (especially horror and murder mysterys).

• After Maria mentions she is "helpless" in Say No To This, Eliza doesn't mention it for the rest of the play

• In That Would Be Enough, Eliza says: "I wrote to the general a month ago". In Stay Alive we can see her writing the letter

• In Take A Break, when Angelica and Eliza reunite and say each other's names there is a slight pause for "and Peggy"

• In Stay Alive (reprise), Phillip says to Eliza "Mom, I'm sorry for forgetting what you taught me" because Eliza taught him how to count to 10 in Take A Break and he thought that mr. Eaker counted to 10 even though he didn't

• Phillip had trouble with number 7 in Take A Break, got shot at number 7 and died at Sept-7 (guess it wasn't exactly his lucky number)

Six The Musical Headcanons - Kathrine Howard:

-AroAce, don’t fight me on this, I can totally understand and see the other head canons about this but to me thinking about Kat being in a romantic relationship in her second life or having crushes just does’t sound right because of all the romantic and intimate relationships she was pressured into in her past one (no I’m not saying she’s AroAce cause of the trauma, although it could possibly push her towards repulsed, I think it’s because she never really wanted a romantic intimate relationship all she cared about was just having a bond with someone or feeling loved or important or a place in life)

-Once she was reincarnated, I totally head canon that it wasn’t Anne she got close to first but rather Jane (not counting Anna who she already knew), Anne was probably a little too overwhelming for Kat first also including all the screaming matches she probably got into with Catalina. Jane with her maternal instincts probably slowly but surely drifted to the scared 17 year old to offer some help and Kat who was still shy and scared quickly got attached to the maternal figure

-Anne definitely got close to Kat just later when everyone ended calming the frick down, or in Annes case finally letting the chaotic side. Very common conception but Anne makes the chaos and Kat helps her out with it, the beheaded cousin just became the trouble and chaos cousins

-PTSD, I know no one will argue me on this one, the repeated reoccurrence of such traumatic events for Kat having happened to her by 4 different people, definitely made the girl come with scars into her next life.

-Nightmares, I know I also won’t be argued about this one, most of the queen household is commonly plagued by nightmares especially Kat, who commonly ends up in Jane’s or Anne’s room in the middle of the night if the other queens don’t find her first

-History nerd, with all the historical facts she knows in the musical, I like to imagine in my head that when it’s her turn to chose something to watch for queen movie nights, she chooses this intense historical documentaries with the guy with the British accent in the background

-She hides behind Jane or a different queen if Jane isn’t present when she’s anxious (or if a man is too close for her comfort)

-Hates being treated like a child, sometimes the queens can mistake her need for extra help as a need to smother her which Kat hates. But all the queens have a talk about this and they agree to give her space and remember that she’s an equal. (Although Kat doesn’t complain about all the extra attention she gets from Jane)

-Really enjoys hot chocolate, Jane makes sure to always keep it stocked because the last time when Kat ran out it was not pretty

-Yes I’m all about mother figure Jane to Kat, but I’m also all about Older sister Figure Anne, and other mother Catalina to Kat because Kat deserves all the love and positive older figures

-Kat has everyone wrapped around her finger even though she doesn’t completely understand it, she cried once in front of everyone and magically a pile of stuffed animals appeared in her room (they were from Cathy and Catalina)

-Kat also enjoys reading (though not nearly as much as Cathy) but will sometimes have little book clubs or talks with Cathy cause Cathy wants someone to talk about the books with and Kat is more than happy to indulge

-Once Kat warms up to everyone she becomes the resident cuddler, clinging to any unsuspecting queen in the household, even Catalina, who the first time initially almost shoved Kat off but with the look of adoration in Kat’s eyes didn’t have the heart to do it

-During Six performances for All You Wanna Do, the first time a swing performed with them, Kat shoved them off before the given beat and almost had to run offstage from the panic (although was able to last until Mega Six, where she got lots of Hugs, reassurances, and help after from her family and the swing even)
