im working on adding random colours and stuff I love adding colours but sometimes it just looks bad idk HOW DO THE MASTERS ADD THE WHOLE RAINBOW IN A DRAWING AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD

erm... just realised i never draw makeup and the only makeup I know how to draw is 2016 makeup 😭

i love rendering eyes and adding reflections for no reason

blue and orange is the goat combo of colours why do they always look good together

i cant stop adding crazy amounts of detail to my drawings I love details sm

its less shiny and low contrasted than my usual stuff but idk I was lowkey going for more flat colour I just wanted to do something a little different

i do implore you to zoom in everything I'm proud of is at the microscopic level

also lowkey looks like asha that was not my intention I swear

sort of Part 2... I havent gotten any art as racist as the last one, but there's certainly a lot of "yeah that's not quite right" examples

I literally dare ANYONE to draw his eye shape correctly and NOT give him monolids (although that's slightly more understandable since his double eyelid isn't very visible, just like mine) or just change his eye shape entirely

PS if you wanna attack me during artfight in July... (I always revenge back) you do NOT have to draw my east asian characters if you don't have the skill to do so, I have plenty of other characters!

again dont attack any of these artists I really loved their pieces even if it didn't look like jayden... although it def makes me a bit sad to see it so prevalent, especially since artfight is basically known for being good with diversity and having lots of diverse characters

one day... I will be able to make a giddy post about how accurately someone drew jayden, one day...

tbf the annotations do help me draw them in present day because they give me an idea of the character's personality and anything I wouldn't be able to make out by looking at them, but... still

erm... puma guy (I DONT HAVE A NAME FOR HIMMM I've literally created so much lore but NO NAME)

i literally made him as a joke cuz he's like a weird flipped version of jayden... but then i ended up really liking him so now he's part of the main cast

we DONT TALK about the background... i-it's a character ref ok it doesn't NEED a background

i literally HATE how i am so good at pointing out other ppls mistakes and correcting other ppls art... but there can be the most obvious mistake in my drawing and I won't even notice at all it's so painful

so glad i didnt post my old (by old I mean like few months, edit: lol it was exactly three months and one week) ref of him here man it's so bad why does my old art always look so distorted like WHAT WAS I THINKING...

the longest part of drawing him is always the space pattern man but like it's my own stubbornness I could literally just copy and paste but I choose not to

the shading is also much better than the old one I'm developing this guy pretty fast I have a good enough image of him in my brain to not need a reference when drawing him (except still no name arghhh I put so much thought into names... well sometimes, I literally took two characters names from songs)

it may or may not be 4 am I am NORMAL

i've made so many small edits to this drawing man I don't even think anyone else can tell what I changed but its driving me crazy

my SUPER old OCs (gonna be drawing as many of them as I can this week) these are from when I was around 9 or so (if you can't tell lol) my plan is to include every old OC and plotline I have ever made into my current comic, so... we're gonna have to figure out how to incorporate these ppl lol

doing full bodies to make sure i know how to draw their whole design and also to practise posing and anatomy cuz I NEVER draw full bodies even though I probably should

these take like half an hour each and i usually have a minimal sketch plus just draw it in one go so it's not as clean or perfect I'm just trying to aim for quantity because my main focus is really just design and drawing them in my current art style
