things that i’ve learned after shifting:
these things might not apply to you because this is my journey so keep that in mind
- for some reason my chances are 60% successful shift and 40% sleep paralysis?? i dont know why dont ask me
(manifesting that stops soon bc ts is scary) (but i got really good at breaking out of it)
- even when i script “i wake up immediately” it doesn’t mean i feel awake 😭😭 i most of the time i just roll over and go back to sleep and shift back
- i need to start scripting that im not afraid of intimacy bc the AMOUNT of times that i shifted back bc of that
that’s literally all i learned LMAO
GUYS DR IDEA
U CAN PET ANY ANIMAL WITHOUT THE RISK OF HARM
GO PET A BEAR, GO PET A WOLF, GO PET A LION
I KNOW YOU WANT TO
You’ve shifted. “What? No I haven’t—“ Yes you have. Every time you consider shifting, you’ve shifted. If you’ve ever felt “close to your dr” you’ve shifted. If you’ve minishifted? You shifted.
You shift every second of every day. Shift right now if you want to. You don’t need some special key or sign in order to shift, you’ve done it. You will continue to do it.
Don’t make yourself less than what you are. You are pure consciousness. You are the universe experiencing itself. You have this power, stop doubting it.
This is as much a reminder to myself as it is for you!!
Howdy 👋
I just wanted to share my experience with shifting. It's something that I feel could motivate others that are questioning if shifting is real/haven't shifted yet!
When I was sixteen, I shifted! It was not on a night that I did any kind of method, I just put on some general ambiance noises from my DR (mostly just to relax, not even with the intention of shifting) and I ended up waking up in my DR.
No method, no symptoms, no affirmations.
Just a soundboard app that I had some fun with creating what I might hear when I wake up in my DR. (The app is called Lonofi, if anyone's interested)
I woke up in my DR and checked the time. I didn't even realize that I had done the very thing I'd spent a year trying to accomplish. It felt completely normal. My hand looked like my hand, even if it was completely different from what it looks like in my CR. And I remember thinking to myself:
"Oh, I woke up early. I could go back to sleep and still wake up in time for docking shift." (In my DR, I'm a mechanic on a space ship, and it was one of my jobs to help 'clear' the cargo bay to ensure that everything was working properly to safely dock with another ship. Space is scary, y'all)
I then rolled over in my bed and WENT BACK TO SLEEP. I woke up in my CR, just as my alarm was going off. It all felt so normal that I didn't even realize I had shifted.
I had always been there, and so there was no surprise when I woke up on a spaceship in deep outer space. I can not say this enough. It was so real and so normal that I didn't even think once about it until I woke up in my CR. (I've never been so upset with myself for trying to sneak another hour of sleep in, lol)
I remember how everything felt. It was so real that I can hardly even believe it even though I experienced it first hand.
I called it 'mini shifting' for a while after that because I'd been led to believe by popular 'shifttokers' that it wasn't really the real deal. But it was!
I just wanted to tell people how real shifting is. And how normal it is. There's nothing difficult about it, and if you just allow yourself to shift, you will.
(Which I know sounds just as hard as any other method that you've heard a thousand times over, but the point still stands)
Shifting is so real. And so natural. It's not magic. There's no spell that you can chant or tea that you can drink that will be better than the limitless mind you have knocking around between your ears.

THIS IS SO COOL!! thanks for sharing anon!
"fuck you my child is completely fine!" your child's comfort movie/book is The Perks of Being a Wallflower
Hi! I'm a brand new shifter (kind of...I started at the end of last year and then stopped and I decided to start again two days ago) Anyway, I was just wondering if you have any tips or advice because shifttok is so confusing with all the different methods and opinions...🩵
my biggest piece of advice would be do what you want! do what you want, go where you want. dont want to do a method? dont! want to listen to a 7 hour long video essay instead of a subliminal while you shift, do that. shift awake, shift asleep, do what you want. really just do want you think is best for you to shift.
i realize it must be hard to be so lax about something where theres no set rules but think about it like art. we all have our own methods but we all get there in the end.
most people i've seen say that their closest attempt to shifting was when they just said fuck it and went to sleep. me included. most of me shifting is just me going "time to shift" and then taking a nap. works like 30% of the time.
hello, I’ve been feeling very frustrated with shifting and i’m losing motivation, do you have any advice here?
thats so real
when im not motivated, i like to remind myself what im looking foward to like ‘boarding school aesthetic” or like moodboards of my bf
i also LOVE shifting stories, they’re so motivational when u can find them

I love your post about there being no cringe in shifting. I am a big lover of fantasy, magic and sci-fi so you best believe that all of my DRs are one big magical adventure with all sorts of crazy things and concepts. I shift to get rid of this realities limitations and explore the possibilities that infinite realities give us, so it really annoys me when people say that I “can’t” script a certain thing because of “realism”. Just because we ended up being born in this reality where certain things are the standard doesn’t mean that this reality is the blueprint or “one true way” for things to be. There are realities where people would look at us as if we were out of our minds for doing things that are considered mundane here. I changed the layout of the planet in my DRs, added more countries that I made up, added fictional plants/animals, completely rewrote world history and added dragons, magic, etc, made unusual hair and eye colors the norm, just anything that I felt like, such as doing complete crossovers between realities, such as taking and mixing the concept of two shows and making up my own plot/setting for it (without any of the OG characters and setting) and adding the cast of a third show to this plot AND people from my main DR who I scripted from scratch, and then adding all sorts of drama on top of that. Like the multiverse truly is infinite so I don’t see the point in not experimenting to your hearts content 😭
LITERALLY LIKE WHEN I SAY INFINITE REALITIES I MEAN INFINITE REALITIES
there are realities that we cant even imagine because they're so out there
honestly i aspire to be as creative as u anon
im pretty sure i scripted france out of my dr back in 2020 bc i was on this france hating thing
also the thing about people in other realities looking at us weird like YES
there are realities where oxygen and water are deadly and we look like stupid idiots likeee
