don't experience body dysmorphia

don't experience gender dysphoria

DO experience gender dysphoria/body dysmorphia but aren't sure what gender or body would suit them

just experience body/gender apathy instead

can't be open about their gender identity yet

you're all absolutely valid.

Can the Stardew Valley characters fight? Bachelorette Edition

Disclaimer; I’m not an expert on every Stardew character, so these aren’t completely accurate. But if there’s something you think should be different, PLEASE, PLEASE ask/comment/reblog it. I would love to talk about it more.

Haley: CAN fight. There’s a couple old videos of her from high school floating around the internet. Please ignore those she was a different person. She’s no professional, but she’s pretty good at scrapping. Defaults to grabbing hair and dragging people around. Does the whole nine yards before tussling, takes her jewelry off, maybe ties her hair up, hands her bag to someone to hold. If she’s mad enough she might even pop off her acrylics. Generally leaves the situation before any fighting can happen. Tier: A. Doesn't want to fuck up her nails OR her makeup.

Leah: CAN fight. Idk she just can. Look at her. She seems like one of those people that naturally knows how to, but probably got most of it from fighting her siblings as a kid. Wrestling and red rover were her favorite recess games, maybe even played rugby at some point. Sculpting anything larger than a statuette is hard, so she has great hand strength. Probably a mean head lock, too. I can imagine her taking a few self defense classes for practicality, maybe Krav Maga. Keeps a pocket knife in her boot. Has put the brakes on Elliott and will do it again. Tier: S. Don't fight her.

Abigail: CANNOT fight. Bear with me. Says she can fight. Or mostly jokes about it, but still kinda believes it. One of those people that say they could win any fight because they have ‘so much pent up rage.’ She definitely can once she gets some real training. Maybe did fencing in middle school, would have liked to learn something like taekwondo if there were any schools nearby. She’s probably good with a sword, even before joining the guild. If that’s anything. Tier: C. Just doesn't have the experience.

Maru: PROBABLY? Demetrius made sure she knew some self defense. Other than that I don’t think she has any fighting experience. I can’t imagine she’s ever been in one; she can sense when a fight is brewing and dips before it happens. I still think she could if she wanted to. I’m convinced she has some sort of latent fighting instinct. I have no proof for this I just believe it in my heart. Might have a stun gun. Tier: A. Throws a wrench at their head.

Penny: CANNOT fight. We all know this. She knows this. Pam used to scare away her bullies for her. Her mom has probably also gotten into a heated argument at a PTA, bake sale, and/or parent teacher meeting and maybe tried to put hands on someone, but you can’t prove anything. (Penny had to hold her back.) I could entertain her being a Kobeni/Zenitsu type character, like maybe she could if she was pushed far enough, but hopefully she’s never put in a situation like that. Keeps pepper spray, if that counts. Tier: E. Bursts into tears.

Emily: INCAPABLE OF GETTING INTO FIGHTS. I don’t think she’s ever been in a fight, I don’t think she’ll ever get into a fight. I just can’t see it. She’s too manic pixie dream girl, if anyone gets pissed enough to try and fight her she just says something weird and ruins the mood. If anything were to even happen I think the universe itself would intervene, like a mysterious piano falls onto their head before they can throw a punch. The type of girl to mention how she trained Muay Thai in Bangkok for six months and then never expand on it. Tier: ??? She could kill if she wanted to.
