And with this society being like it is, at most the term neurotypical refers to people who are still capable of coping within society's demands. They're not this mythical group of super people who actually thrive within late stage capitalism with everything it contains and don't struggle with any of it. Even most of the people living "normal" lives are struggling in some capacity
