(Modern) Sukuna has absolutely NO chill when it comes to you. You are his and there’s absolutely no doubt about it. So when some greasy finance bro with a receding hairline has the audacity to squeeze up behind you and whisper some cringy pickup line in your ear while you’re ordering yourself a drink, he doesn’t hesitate to abandon his friends to come and get you.

Wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you behind him, he gives the guy a look that immediately has him regretting even stepping foot into the bar tonight.

“Making friends are we?” He asks, an evil smirk making its way onto his face.

Instantly intimidated, the guy makes his way back and stammers “I- Well- I didn’t know that you two were uh… I was just getting a drink I swear!”

Sukuna lifts a brow and continues to step towards him. “Yea? So what’s the deal with you rubbing up against her then? Last I checked that’s not part of ordering a drink.”

Sweating even harder now he responds, “L-Listen man It’s just really uh- crowded! Yeah, it’s really crowded in here so I had to! You get it don’t ya?”

Sukuna places his hands on the guys shoulders and nods his head in mock understanding. “Yeah, Yeah I totally understand-“

“Ryooo just forget about him I wanna go home” you whine, pulling on his arm.

He turns towards you and pulls a set of car keys from his pocket.

“Take these and go warm up the car for me, ok pretty?” He turns back towards the guy who was previously hitting on you “I’ll be there in just a second.”

After getting to the car you see Sukuna making his way towards you with clothes slightly more disheveled than when you last saw him, and blood lightly coating his knuckles.

“Took you long enough, I was starting to think you lost in there” you tease.

He rolls his eyes at you and grabs your jaw to pull your face inches away from his. “Maybe I need to take you home and remind you how mean I can be then.”

Zayne rubbed his tired eyes as he leaned back in his office chair. It was nearly one in the morning and he was exhausted from the long day of work. As he stood up to begin packing his things from the day, he heard a knock at the door.

Before he could tell the person on the other side to enter, the door opened on its own.

“Doctor Zayne! Have time to squeeze in an extra appointment?” You playfully asked.

“Love? What are you doing here it’s late. Did something happen? Are you hurt?” Worry creeped into his tone as your abrupt visit had given him the impression that something was wrong.

“No I’m fine silly! I just thought I could pick you up from work! If you haven’t eaten yet we can grab some takeout from that noodle place. I hear they just updated their dessert menu too!”

Still unmoved from his spot at the door he stared at you dumbfounded. “You came all the way here from across Linkon to pick me up?”

“And get you food! I know how tired you get after your shifts and since I didn’t have anything going on I thought I’d pay my favorite doctor a visit.” You chirped. “Are you almost ready to leave?”

Zayne was completely baffled. No one had ever been so thoughtful towards him. The thought of you taking the time to travel all across Linkon at this hour just to make sure he ate and made it home safe made his heart fuzzy.

“I was actually just packing up. You know you didn’t have to come all this way. I’m perfect capable of transporting and feeding myself.”

Not backing down from his stubbornness you replied, “Of course you can, you’re brilliant. But sometimes I want to take care of you too. You spoil me all the time so it’s only fair that you let me do the same.”

Turning away to hide his reddened face he insisted, “You really didn’t have to-“

Reaching up to turn his face toward you, you insisted, “I want to Zayne. You don’t have to be so tough all the time. Just let me do this for you. Please?”

Finally giving in he sighed and leaned into you. “Since you’re so insistent I guess I’ll let you have this one.”

“Thanks Zayne.” You said, giving him a light kiss on the shoulder.

“No… Thank you.”

He wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you closer. Whispering in your ear, “Now, where’s our first destination, Miss Hunter?”

“You wanna see them? I guess that’s fine, but only cause it’s you, ok?”

Gojo hooks a finger underneath his blindfold and slowly pulls it down while looking at you.

“Oh… wow” you mutter breathlessly.

“I know, I know. The six eyes are truly a beaut-“

Ok don’t get me wrong, I love Zayne with ALL of my heart but I can totally see him being the type of guy to say something like “oh have did you recently start your menstrual cycle?” Whenever you’re being moody.

It had been a long day at work with the Hunters association. First you missed your bus to work, then when you finally ran in you bumped into Tara who spilled her drink all over you, and then it started raining on the way home when you didn’t even have an umbrella.

“Really? I was just thinking about getting into bed with these on.” You snapped.

“Are you really just going to bid all night?” I ask.

“Well it’s not like I’ve got anything better to do now, kitten.” He says, standing up and tilting his head back.

“Why are you even here? Don’t you have business to attend to?” You say, also making your way off the couch.

“You didn’t book the entire hotel. I had the money and there was a vacant room.” He shrugs, avoiding your question.

You roll your eyes and make your way back to the couch to continue scrolling on your phone. Sylus does the same and rests his head on the back of the couch, slightly groaning at the stretch it gives his neck.

Noticing this you inquire, “Why do you keep stretching your neck? Do you have back problems or something?”

Sylus stands up and makes his way towards you, placing his hand on your head and tilting it down lightly. “Try leaving your head like this for hours and see how you feel afterwards kitten.”

You move his hand from your head and look up at him. “I never realized looking down at so many people would be such a problem for you. Poor thing.” You sarcastically reply, rolling your eyes at him.

Sylus doesn’t reply and instead retreats back to his seat on the couch where he continues to rub his neck.

“Ughh” he groans, rolling his head back and forth.

“Are you just gonna sit there and moan? Why don’t you take you millions to a massage chair.” You tease.

Giving in to his teasing you get up and stand behind him. “Fine. But you can’t sue me if I break your neck or something…” you begin gently working your fingers on his scalp.

Pressing your fingers harder against his neck to really knead into his muscles, you find it harder to reach his shoulders through his sweater.

Taking note of this Sylus asks, “Having trouble sweetie? I can remove this if you’d like.” He motions to his sweater.

“N-no! It’s alright I can manage…” you mumble, flustered at his obvious flirting.

“I insist, after all what kind of masseuse would you be if you couldn’t even manage to get my shoulders?” And with that he swiftly removes the grey sweater, showing off his bare torso entirely to you.

“You’re so irritating sometimes…” you whisper, running your hands along his bare shoulders.

He doesn’t reply, instead letting out a low moan at your touch.

“Ohh right there sweetie.”

The sounds send shivers down your spine and you decide that you’d like to hear more of those sweet sounds from him.

You’re tracing your hand down his chest when all of a sudden he grabs your wrist.

“And what do you think you’re doing sweetie?”

You’re quickly cut off by him flipping you over the couch and pinning you down.

A Zayne x Reader one shot

Zayne stepped inside your shared apartment letting out a sigh, tired from his long day of work . After hanging up his coat and slipping off his shoes he made his way to the kitchen where he expected to see you rummaging around, looking for snacks.

What he did not expect to see however, was you wearing his silk robe. He stood there admiring the way it looked on you. The way you tied it had shown off the curve of your waist and hips. The too-big sleeves slipped off your shoulders, exposing your slim neck. And the deep V of the robe had given him the perfect view of your chest, and the marks he had left there the night before.

“Oh, Zayne! I didn’t hear you come in.”

You jumped, setting down the cup of tea you had just been making.

“I apologize, I didn’t mean to startle you.” He said, eyes trailing down your body. “Looks like you had fun while I was away” He gestured to the robe.

“Oh! Well I- you were-“ you buried your face into your hands, unable to speak through the embarrassment. “Sorry…”

He gently removed your hands from your face, and placed a finger under your chin so you were now facing eachother. “Don’t be sorry. I think it looks nice on you. Although I do remember getting you your own, have you misplaced it?”

His hands now roamed around your waist, rubbing circles and squeezing lightly. “No I just… missed you.” You blushed.

The hands on your waist had come to a stop and now wondered there way to your back where he pulled you closer to him. “Missed me?” He smiled. “If I recall we were together this morning which was” he glanced down at his watch, “Less than 14 hours ago.”

“You make that sound like nothing! I haven’t seen you at all today and you expect me not to miss you?” You groan into his chest.

He smiles down at you, pulling you closer “I didn’t know my absence effected you so much”

“It’s just- I don’t feel as whole whenever you’re not with me you know?”

His teasing demeanor now gone, he pressed his forehead against yours. “I know.”

Looking up at him through your lashes you questioned, “you do?”

“I always miss you when we’re apart. Every time I leave for a surgery, every time you go off to fight Wanderers, every moment I’m not with you I feel like a piece of my heart is missing.”

Feeling your heart jump at his words you reached up and placed a hand on his cheek. “Zayne…“

He placed his hand on top of yours. “So if wearing my robe makes you feel a little bit closer to me then please feel free to go borrow it anytime.”

“Besides,” he mumbled, lowering his head down to your exposed neck “I quite like how it looks on you.”
