A few minutes after the New Horizons space probe sped past Pluto, it turned and snapped this picture – a crescent of everyone’s favorite dwarf planet illuminated by the Sun. Just visible: the flat expanse of Pluto’s heart (”Sputnik Planum”) and the icy Norgay Montes mountain range. Pluto’s mysterious atmosphere shows up as layers upon layers of haze.

* The fluffy, satyr-like monster seems to be at peace.

This fusion is a very calm one. There’s no internal battle; Gaster and Callisto are both pretty friendly with each other. So in theory, they could stay fused for much longer periods of time. Altogether, they’re a very happy fusion. They’re easily excited, fairly friendly, (Callisto has trouble with that, but Gaster is the social butterfly they always wanted to be) and as curious as ever. They also have an impeccable work ethic.

Although a bit surprised–and startled–Callisto smiled and sat down so the little grey creature could better reach their hair and tie the red ribbon in. They might’ve offered a hug, if the other hadn’t been a stranger.
