Uhhh, thing I drew for English class

So we’re reading the Great Gatsby and we had to reference another book in our blog post about it(long story) so I chose Jane Eyre to reference 

So there’s this one bit in Jane Eyre where Jane draws herself crudely with a crayon  and then draws who can essentially be considered her rival all prettily in watercolor  The entire thing really smells like a meme format if you know what I mean

So I thought it’d be fun to recreate that, but with Daisy Buchanan from The Great Gatsby

shoutout to anthropomorphic snakes in animated movies doing poses that would normally require arms by creatively using their coils as arms instead. gotta be one of my favorite genders

From top to bottom: the hot one with the mysterious past, the one who’s there because there’s nothing better to do, the hot one’s nearly identical twin, and the one who doesn’t even really have to be there

Some doodles of the main characters from a thing I was writing a while ago and have yet to finish. These four are all very ‘do now, think about the consequences later’ so they’re all like a tad silly, but very sweet

She’s my favorite character from the series, but there’s the new season coming out so she might be dethroned (probably not though because I love her dearly and also may or may not have her on the list of characters I relate to)
