How do I let go my own restrictions I place upon myself? Thank you! N.V.W.
I think the answer revolves around the V - Hierophant, the time has come to seek knowledge about everything that surrounds you, about yourself to understand deeply the roots of said restrictions. Could it be morals? Or religion? I've once found myself caged by limiting believes, and deep diving into books and other people's experiences, different experiences, have helped me greatly to find inner freedom. The Hierophant talks about it all, looking for guidance, faith, morality.
The ones around it further deepens it's meaning, II of Swords shows how you might be turning a blind eye to some aspect of your life or yourself (and it's not the only card pointing that), you might have trouble accepting different points of view, but the path will keep blocked until you try.
VIII of Swords shows your surroundings, even if scary, are not as rough as it may appear, are not your biggest obstacle, your mind might be your toughest opponent, levelling up your internal crisis will be key.
V of Wands, along with Hierophant, advices you to seek teamwork, people can help you put those wands in order and clean the inner mess, being it friends or professionals, don't hesitate. You'll have to work hard, it's a long way but the fruits you harvest will be all the sweeter.
At least, IX of Cups is, what I assume, your goal. People don't question their restrains if not to let go of them and live a fuller life, and this card is about enjoying pleasure without guilt. It also means victory. You'll succeed in your journey.
I wish luck on your path, may the Gods light your way πβ¨
Posted in a community but wanted to ask my followers as well:
I feel like keeping a digital Grimoire would be easier for me than a traditional, physical one (which i own, but i rarely feel the desire/patience/comfort to write on it)
My computer is my safe nobody else has access to, plus i own a display tablet that makes it easy to handwrite, so would anyone out there have journal app recommendations?
What I'm looking for is a Windows app, stylus compatible, that has handwriting/doodling features and AI free if possible!
Atm I'm testing xournal++ but i find the user experience a little bad (a shame, bc it checks all my boxes above in terms of journalling)
If you have an app/know of something interesting please comment or reblog, I'd love to know!
May the Gods bless you day/night! β¨

Green Quartz: XV - The Devil + XXI - The World
You may not be the most fulfilled in your current job or project, either because of your teammates or maybe this is not the path you'd have chosen if you have had more options available, the Devil suggests that you may have chosen it exclusively for the money, but right now this is not your main focus anymore, you also crave for achievements. The World is exactly here to end the current cycle and start something new, look for new accomplishments and run after your completeness, new colleagues, new projects. Look forward to something that will make you feel whole.
Citrine: VI - The Lovers + III - The Empress
The lovers indicate you are already in a mostly positive job, maybe this is your dream career or you're at least surrounded by nice people. In this path, the Empress advises you to invest in these relationships, this is a compassionate and very creative card, this is the moment to give your best, use your creativity to favor your work and improve your bond with your colleagues or companion.
Lapis Lazulli: VII - The Chariot + XIV The Temperance
The Chariot is a fast card, who runs straight towards their goals without looking around, which can be a good trait, since the ability to focus is very positive, but it can also be harmful because, on a rushed pace you can accidently let other opportunities or mistakes go unnoticed. The Temperance is here to remind you to find your balance and moderate the Chariot's speed, both to have a clear vision of what's around you and to value your very well being, which can easily be left behind if you focus solely on work.

I woke up feeling this was the way I should spread the cards, it does feel a bit too specific but I have a strong feeling it'll be helpful to someone! If you enjoyed please consider sharing so someone else can, hopefully, find some useful insight π
I'm super sorry about my late absence these previous months, but whoever follows me on my main account and might have been seeing my work, but this one is very special to me and deserves to be in this blog
To those who are not familiar with the Hades game franchise, it's an amazing game based in Greek Mythology and the whole game, history wise, art wise, character wise and soon they'll be releasing their second game with revolves around Melinoe's journey as she's a disciple of Hecate, and as soon as Hekate's official art was released I NEEDED to draw her.
Throughout the process all I could feel was my heart very warm by each character design discovery, it only proves how much respect and hard work people from Supergiant games have depicting figures that are so important for so many people (me included)
I can't wait for the game to be out and for sure this is not the last art I do from/for Her, but here's my personal recommendation, if you're devote to any Greek-pantheon deity (and also like rogue like games) this might be a great experience!

I keep seeing "Signs You're A Witch" type posts popping up in the tags and ohhhh I'm so tempted to start a fight.
For anyone that needs to hear it, there is NO SUCH THING as being a witch without knowing it.
Being a witch is not a birthright or a genetic marker or a secret superpower or some hidden trait that needs discovering. Being a witch is a conscious personal choice that is entirely up to the individual. There is power in walking the path BECAUSE it is a choice.
There is no quiz or infographic or reading that can tell you whether or not you're a witch. It doesn't matter whether you've had an affinity to magic and nature since childhood or are only just discovering the craft later in life. It doesn't matter if you've read every book on magic there is or only theorized about what you might like to do. (And yes, you can learn about witchcraft without ever being a witch.) The only one who can decide whether you're a witch is YOU.
And just to be SUPER clear on the matter, ANYONE can be a witch if they want to. Things like gender, race, religion, and physical ability are not determining factors.
Do you want to be a witch? Are you willing to self-identify as one, even just to yourself, and practice some form of witchcraft?
Congratulations! You can be a witch!
Give it a try if you want to. The path is yours to enter or leave as you will, for as long as you choose to explore it.
I wanna draw some cards by the morning, if you want, use my ask box to request for a reading specifying which subject you wanna know about and your name/nickname!
Sometimes I think my tarot can be mean to you guys in your questions, then I realize it's way meaner with my cousin, literally face slapping her every session lmao
Hello there, I am CM, and I would like to know how can I heal the wounds I have from my romantic rejections, and/or if I should contact a friend I am in a situationship with and tell them how I feel about the whole ordeal (since we reconnected, it felt on and off)
I get awfully triggered whenever I hear about romantic terms (like 'taken' or 'honeymoon phase') , and now even when my uncle, who's been single for many years, got a girlfriend, and my friends talk about relationships all the time (with some of them rejecting me).
Here I chose to make the classic Past - Present - Future spread that I felt fit the best your question.
Past: VIII - Justice
The sword in this card is no ornament, the Justice can be considered cold hearted as it knows how to cut strings with people that had injured it, this card does not work with second chances. An advice intrinsic in this card is not to repeat the same mistakes you did in the past.
Another strong trait from the Justice is its karmic justice, as per say, people should harvest what they sowed. Rest assured, those who have hurted you in the past will face their even consequences.
Present: VI - The Lovers
As for your present, the Lovers is a great omen towards your question about the situationship. This card talks about a great relationship in the horizon, one you'll build with very strong foundations, respect and love together.
This card, opposite to the Justice, suggests you'll be inclined to take decisions based on what appeals to your heart the strongest, so for now, let yourself love and be loved.
Future: XVI - The Tower
Remember when the Lovers told you to build strong foundations? When difficulties approach and try to tear your tower apart, those foundations will be the ones remaining afterwards.
This card talks about storms that will sweep away everything that is weak and unreliable, but leave behind those strong and sturdy base and roots you've built, still solid.
Followed by the Lovers, even if the structures are shook, you'll recover together. Remember, the Tower is also the card of reconstruction, your tower has fallen before but you've recovered, stronger and wiser.
Dear CM, I hope this insight was any helpful to you, good luck in your recovering and in whatever decision you choose to make π
your readings are really good! iβm so glad i found your page. i feel a positive and refreshing energy and in a way itβs like itβs lifting me up. thatβs what it feels like reading your blog!
i would love another reading if you have time, please and thank you.
recently i was talking to someone who seemed really nice but suddenly they kind of just stopped talking to me. i thought they were just busy but itβs been almost a week now so it looks pretty obvious. yk if βthey wanted to they wouldβ but it made me feel really insecure for a bit since a lot of my situations as of late have not been going anywhere and they end up leaving me hanging.
my question is: should i reach out? is it worth it to try to see if Y will respond or should i just softblock them and not waste any more energy on it?
iβm like low key starting to get the feel they do this to people but iβm not sure.
thank you so much again, sorry this is a long ask!
Omg wait first of all thank you so much!! Your message made my whole day, I'm super glad my blog brought you comfort and thank you for being so kind π
I chose to make a crossroad spread in order to have a look on your possible paths in this situation. The left card represents the way where you reach out to Y. The right card represents the path where you let Y go and move forward. The middle card, as your situation only has two possible paths, represents an advice.
0 - The Fool
If you choose to reach out to Y, go ahead with ease and tranquility, the Fool might be a leap of faith to make things work out. This card suggests, if you reach out, you will be looking for a new beginning between you two, approach with lightness.
The Fool can also represent that this path may not be very lasting, which is also okay. This card represents more what's funny and spontaneous rather than what's serious and longstanding, and while this path will last, things tend to be joyful.
VII - The Chariot
If you choose to trail the right path, the Chariot represents obstacles being surpassed, it might be referring to the insecurity you mentioned. The most important is to keep moving forward, look forward to bring new things into your life, if it's new friends, go out there and make it happen.
When trailing through the Chariot's path, be careful not to be too immediatist, don't let yourself be frustrated if things take a little longer than you'd like, little breaks are part of the journey.
XII - The Hanged Man
The advice this card brings is about certain sacrifices we do in order to have some things, and to analyze if said sacrifice is worth it or not. The most important is to look around and make the decision that will have your best interesting in mind.
This card represents this stagnation you're feeling, it's not a coincidence that the Hanged Man precedes Death on Tarot, this card sits in stillness and acknowledges the issues only for Death to come and decide: What belongs in the past and what will walk along with us in the future?
I hope you find the light you're looking for and feel in peace with whatever decision you make π€

Having Hades 2 be themed around the moon and witchcraft and how they historically relate to womanhood and sisterhood and having the main "boss" character be a loving mother figure instead of an antagonistic father.... This one really is for the girls thank you supergiant
