What Message Does The Oracle Have For Your Week?

Brindle shell: XX - Apollo

This week promises to bring you clarity, Apollo appears to bring you light, joy and creativity, like the sun that shines bright and warm. You should try to stay in tune with what makes you feel radiant and creative, whether it's through arts, music, a sunbathe or a hidden message, welcome Apolo to assist you.

The clouds of confusion that have been hovering over will swap places with the shiny rays of clarity and order, you'll feel more centered and lucid just by allowing the light to enter.

Chocolate shell: IV - Mnemosyne

Mnemosyne is memory personified, she's not only Zeus' consort but also mother to the nine muses of inspiration. She comes to show how our memories can be a great ally and bring so much inspiration to the current moment. Something in your past might awake and provide you the extra gas or the answer to a question, be attentive to the symbols.

This week, work along Mnemosyne and pay attention to the voice within you, with extra care, take notes of all ideas you may come across this week, you'll make them happen eventually.

Pink shell: XL - Hekate

You might come across some hard decisions this week, an unavoidable crossroad is before you and demands a choice. You'll probably know what is the correct answer, don't be afraid to follow your heart.

Hekate invites you to acknowledge your wildest and untamable parts of yourself, the light is not the only place to find answers, much can be learned if we understand our deepest shadows and work with them. When facing the crossroad ask Hekate to light your way with her torches and be ready to choose a path.

I hope you've found a insightful message, may your week be showered in blessings and wisdom 💜

Feedback On Xournal++: I Love The Customizable Pages, The Handwriting Is Super Comfortable And The Ability

Feedback on Xournal++: I love the customizable pages, the handwriting is super comfortable and the ability to save in pdf is super handy, the file is quite light too

i had some trouble setting up the plugins to make up the keybinds, and the pen display is a little buggy, but i think the final result is quite worth the tiny struggles.

This will be specially useful with to the image insert tool, i can import tarot card images for my studies, create hand drawn mood boards and import some little arts to decor each book!

I'll for sure have one file for my grimoire and one shadow book for devotion work, but there are infinite possibilities: dream journal, tarot notebook, recipes book, herb notes, spellcraft, and each can have their own covers!

If any Witch out there wants the plugins I'm using for xournal++ just DM me and I'll send your way, this tool has a lot of potential for people like us!

Posted in a community but wanted to ask my followers as well:

I feel like keeping a digital Grimoire would be easier for me than a traditional, physical one (which i own, but i rarely feel the desire/patience/comfort to write on it)

My computer is my safe nobody else has access to, plus i own a display tablet that makes it easy to handwrite, so would anyone out there have journal app recommendations?

What I'm looking for is a Windows app, stylus compatible, that has handwriting/doodling features and AI free if possible!

Atm I'm testing xournal++ but i find the user experience a little bad (a shame, bc it checks all my boxes above in terms of journalling)

If you have an app/know of something interesting please comment or reblog, I'd love to know!

May the Gods bless you day/night! ✨

What Advice Can The Cards Give To Your Week?

Pink seashell: XII - The Hanged Man

The bat in its perch awaits for the night to fall, he's patient to wait until the best time before he goes to action. This week, along with the waning gibbous moon, is a great time to sit in stillness, maybe taking a different point of view, to take a look around, observe and learn what's the best time to take an action.

Cream seashell: XV - The Devil

Leaving fear and bad reputations aside, the goat is a spiritual symbol that can represent both fertility and abundance, however, both things imbalanced can become addictive. The Devil is here to remind you not to fall in destructive habits or break the old ones. The slowly shrinking moon allows you to finish cycles, let negativity around you fall behind while you're still glad for the good things that happened and still remains.

Chocolate seashell: V - The Hierophant

Crows are such an intelligent bird, besides being very sociable too, it invites you not only to seek for more sapience but also work on a team instead of working on your own. The Hierophant appears to tell you that knowledge is a powerful key and others can offer that to you, because a group is stronger than an individual alone. This week, be open to the idea of working with more people, don't be afraid to ask for help and have others teach you something new.

Small Offerings Are Enough ✨

Small offerings are enough ✨

A while ago I got a small to medium rosemary plant, I've been feeling like caring for plants. I have special interest for the ones I can do infusions and curing, prefer aromatic and ornamental plants rather than flowers, but the most important of all, I was trying keep the plant alive because unlike my mom, I do not have that green thumb (and she'd take over in case the plant started getting ill)

The first sprout I harvested would be offered to Hekate, as it was Her the responsible for my awakening, so I left it by my altar to dry.

Once considerably dry I burned it in Her honor, along with music that chanted Her name, expressing my gratitude for so many blessings in a very personal and warm moment.

Where I live, with my parents I'm unable to follow certain traditional rites to their core. The best place to contact Hekate is on crossroads, where people leave their tributes or the leftovers of their crafts (with ecological consciousness). At the moment I can't really go in and out bringing offerings, so I fight with the weapons I have available.

But how do I know the offering was successful, that it was received and pleased Lady Hekate like I intended to?

First of all, putting your intention, wherever you are, will be the fuel the offering needs to achieve its destiny. Second, you will feel that not only said offering completed its course but also that it pleased (or not) the deity you want to contact.

As I've read on an older Hekatean devotee's testimony, Hekate is a subtle Goddess, her signs are deep and not at all noisy.

For me, the message came as an incredible sense of peace, happiness and realization, that small moment of connection made me feel like that's what I was born to do, how I wished to have awakened earlier in life as at the same time I'm grateful for having the opportunity to experience it now.

Rosemary is not Hekate's favorite herb, but it is my favorite, and what feels more special than being offered something that another person loves and desires to share with you? I think the Gods feel the same way, if your offer is filled with gratitude, positiveness, respect and strong intentions, it'll be appreciated.

Heya Hekate!

hello there

I'd love a romantic reading for me and MS?

My emojis: 🦉🥺💪😶‍🌫️😴

Her emojis: 😆🥺🐹🥰🤗

Thank you <3

My initial is N

Hello There

Your relationship looks very positive!

You're a fierce person, sharp like a cat, yet very open to discussions and solve issues. Like the Queen of Wands, you have a lot of pride, head standing tall, you know how to love yet how to be independent.

MS, similarly, has a great conflict solving ability, he has the same straightforwardness as you, as the VI of Wands aiming to success in every field of their life.

Your mindsets are very similiar, that's why III of Cups fit very well, you're set to be harmonious, carefree and joyful. Both of your are in sync in the relationship, something worth of celebration. Enjoy!

Hope this was helpful, praying for this happiness to last! ✨

Greetings! ✨

Greetings! ✨

My name is Latoya, I'm a natural witch, Hekate's devotee and Tarot student.

In this blog will find both my experience with Paganism, Witchcraft and Tarot.

I'm not a beginner anymore, but working a full-time job gets in the way of practicing as my readings take time, at the moment I'm familiar with Major Arcana and I'm getting deeper into Minor Arcana.

As an Hekatean devotee, here I post about my journey in paganism, my experiences and thoughts that might be helpful to other witches out there.

I have the torches and the key in hand, may the Dark Queen protect me and light my path through the crossroads.

Greetings! ✨

Guess Who's Back??

Guess who's back??

The time for me to get the traditional Waite-Smith tarot and I LOVE it already, not to mention other two oracles I'm sure will be awesome to make weekly advice readings!

So, I'll be reopening free readings and hopefully be able to open paid more insightful readings, but all in due time.

I took some time off to dedicate to my work, I'm a freelancer digital artist to those who don't know, and now that things are finally working out I feel like it's time to fit tarot back into my life.

My ask box is open, feel free to seek for advice ✨

I'm super sorry about my late absence these previous months, but whoever follows me on my main account and might have been seeing my work, but this one is very special to me and deserves to be in this blog

To those who are not familiar with the Hades game franchise, it's an amazing game based in Greek Mythology and the whole game, history wise, art wise, character wise and soon they'll be releasing their second game with revolves around Melinoe's journey as she's a disciple of Hecate, and as soon as Hekate's official art was released I NEEDED to draw her.

Throughout the process all I could feel was my heart very warm by each character design discovery, it only proves how much respect and hard work people from Supergiant games have depicting figures that are so important for so many people (me included)

I can't wait for the game to be out and for sure this is not the last art I do from/for Her, but here's my personal recommendation, if you're devote to any Greek-pantheon deity (and also like rogue like games) this might be a great experience!
