I always thought Hollow had something to do with Sephiroth. The lyrics and the symbolism just scream Sephiroth to me. Not to mention the fact that maybe Cloud can save him this time.

I think they're going to save Sephiroth this time. That's my big prediction for the remake trilogy.

I think they're going to lean on Hojo and Jenova more as big bads and let them save Sephiroth.

I mean who knows, but I think there's massive fan appetite for it, it makes logical sense if this is a second go-round, and I would love to be proved right.

I think I found out the meaning behind the title FF7 "Rebirth"

Sephiroth will be reborn/rebirthed like a phoenix, either try to become a god again like he did in the OG or he'll be reborn as a hero.

The fire/phoenix symbolism also ties in with the seraph/star symbolism associated with Sephiroth

Koopaling Family Headcanons

I am back with more headcanons! This time it's all surrounding some of my Koopaling lore. So I hope you enjoy them!

-Jr and Wendy are twins. (Wendy was one year old when Jr was born).

-Iggy and Lemmy's parents are both nerds. One of them is a scientist and the other is a book lover. Oh yeah one of them is trans yet choose to have kids before surgery.

-Morton is still in touch with his biological mother. He wishes he got the chance to meet his long-gone father though.

-Dry Bowser is actually Bowser's dead brother and Morton's father. He doesn't remember his past and is a husk of his former self. He rules a kingdom on another continent.

-Roy Koopa has photophobia, which is why he always wears his pink sunglasses.

-My backstory for Roy is that he ran away from his household, he mostly hid in the morning, and when it turned into night/dusk, that was when he continued to run because of his eye condition. Luckily his neighborhood wasn't far at all from the castle, so he stopped running when he arrived at Bowser's doorstep. During that time he had to steal food and supplies from many stores to survive.

-Morton wants to own a bakery someday yet he also wants to work on construction.

-Iggy can infodump about science for hours. He mostly does it to Lemmy cause most of the other Koopalings don't care about science all that much (except for maybe Larry and Ludwig)

-Lemmy is really good at drawing

Disappointing conference from square this year, so here’s a small doodle of sephiroth. At least a lot of other cool games were shown. That’s something to look forward to.

Ok, but does anyone else headcanon Yoshis to be some kind of descendant of the dinosaurs? Cause I do, I think they managed to somehow arrive in the Mario universe (Idk if warp zones existed in prehistoric times but hear me out) and then they started to evolve from there into the Yoshi species.

I felt like it was about time I gave Mario and Luigi an emotional support animal a new friend. So I figured why not bring a Yoshi into the mix? Now read my ramble explaining the Yoshi’s ENTIRE backstory! :’D

Ah yes, the old King Kong himself! I didn’t actually think I was going to add him and Diddy to my AU because I wasn’t sure how they’d fit.. But after brainstorming with a friend, we found a way! XD

I tried to put a lot of thought into DK and Diddy’s designs. Everything was intentional. Diddy and DK’s ENORMOUS size, DKs long fur, the red and blue tones in their fur, DK having long claws while Diddy does not, Diddy’s clothing choice, EVERYTHING! I tried my best to think it all through.

It's funny how Infinite has this cool ass logo yet they did nothing with it.

I would have loved to see Infinite doing things like using the Phantom Ruby to burn down an entire town into the shape of his logo, and have banners of it in the stages where you get to infiltrate one of Eggman's bases. MAKE IT LOOK INTIMIDATING, it can also serve as a reminder as to WHO Sonic and his friends are dealing with. No gigantic sun this time folks, let me see Infinite use the Phantom Ruby to REWRITE THE FABRIC OF REALITY. That would have been amazing as a final boss.

TLDR: If Mario or Luigi have the Ice Flower or Fire Flower Power-up for too long.. It will slowly cook them/freeze them to death. They found this out the scary way..

So I read a interview with one of the developers that said that the final boss of Sonic Frontiers, The End is meant to represent how one perceives on what death looks like, and how the moon symbolizes death in some forms of fiction. Basically Sonic battled a lovecraftian entity representing a abstract concept none of us can comprehend.

This reminds me of the wasted potential Infinite had. Infinite represented a concept that nobody could comprehend, which is infinity. People not comprehending infinity is one of the main themes in cosmic horror so it would have been cool if the developers inserted that theme into Sonic Forces.

Some headcanons about Infinite being a dad cause why not?

I am back with more Infinite headcanons, this time of him being a dad cause we need more fluffy content like that. (These headcanons all take place Post Forces btw).

-I like to think that Infinite would be a very good father to his kids. But when he became a parent for the first time, Infinite was absolutely clueless like how does he take care of them?

-When his kids cry, Infinite perks his head up and moves his ears like an actual dog and tries to find the source of the noises so he can comfort them.

-Infinite sometimes sleeps with the babies in their crib if he's too tired to go back to bed.

-He is very territorial/protective of them, if you get too close he'll go absolutely mad and if he still had the Ruby then he would warp reality. He has trust issues and doesn't let anyone except people he likes near them.

-Infinite sometimes picks up his babies by the scruff of the neck and walk on all fours with them. He does this because of his natural instincts, but if he's in public he holds them normally.

-If Infinite's kids somehow gain his reality bending abilities, then he would teach them how to use it properly (so they don't end up almost destroying reality like he almost did in my Forces Rewrite).

Sonic writing prompts

I felt like coming up with Sonic prompts, so feel free to write something with these!

1.Amy and Knuckles bake cookies for everyone! Well they try to at least, shenanigans ensue and this results in the oven nearly catching on fire. But somehow they manage to get it done.

2.Sonic using math based pick up lines on Infinite. This results in Sonic winning the fight and Infinite's just floating there bluescreening. Bonus if next fight Infinite does the same towards Sonic and they turn it into some kind of game.

3.Eggman taking Sage to Disneyland along with Metal Sonic.

4.Metal Sonic trying to impress an oblivious Amy Rose while on a mission. Spoiler:it doesn't work

5.Knuckles trying to take a vacation away from the Master Emerald while Sonic guards it for him. (Based off of the Spongebob episode "Squids Day Off").

6.A confused Metal Sonic tries to learn about Mobian culture with a little help from Amy. Metal learns many things but that still doesn't explain this weird feeling he has whenever he's around her.

I like to think that at some point, The End was an actual eldrich entity that destroyed the ancients home planet along with countless other worlds, and it stayed dormant for many years until Sonic came to Starfall Islands. The End presents itself in a female sounding voice throughout the entire game, until the final battle where a male voice suddenly seems to speak through The End.

Here's what I think, The End breaks free from it's cyberspace prison, yet Infinite from inside the Phantom Ruby in another dimension uses this chance to strike a deal with The End in order to destroy Sonic. And by striking a deal with it, I mean using it's body as a vessel by astral projecting his voice into it's incarnation and controlling it to do his bidding.

The Phantom Ruby has endless power so why not use that to your advantage to mind control an eldrich entity?

Infinite's inside the Ruby so he's basically omnipotent, he can do whatever he wants except breaking free from said Ruby.

I really should write a fic about this.

The End's voice is deeper but I noticed a similarity between The End and a certain masked jackal.

I might seem delusional BUT HEAR ME OUT OK?

I don't believe The End is actually the Phantom Ruby, but it's more of Infinite speaking THROUGH the Phantom Ruby while possessing this eldrich entity.

I really want to catch the biblically accurate tumbleweed. It looks neat!
