What is teaching like? Like I'm just curious it sounds hard

not too sure ab real teachig cuz imma student teacher but the teaching part is actually easy! the having kids settle down part is hard. Basically ur given a curriculum and pages and slides or stuff to go over and teach, but you dont need to know the content by heart - I also add little 'games' for students where we do a mini 'test'. Basically i ask a question relating to the content and people raise their hand - if i pick them and they get the answer right they get 2 pieces of candy or 1 (small) Chocolate bar to encourage learning:)

Um so I wrote work time and it inexplicably autocorrected to worm time. I can’t say I have ever given my students worm time. I’m a terrible teacher 😔
