Thanks to grants from the Ontario Trilluim @ontrillium Foundation, @centre3_ has been to put together various programs to help those who currently have or have had issues with mental health - often for free. I'm grateful for these #arttherapy programs. Interesting and fun. "The Universe is made of protons, neutrons, electrons and morons ". An old saying I used to use more than a decade ago.
