1- do i really need this? 2- am i absolutely starving to the point where i must eat? 3- will this not make me have a panic attack after i eat it? 4- would a victorias secret girl get caught eating this in public? 5- is this not something a fat girl would eat? 6- is this not going to bump the road to my ugw? 7- will skinny me ever be seen eating this? 8- is anyone making me eat this? 9- am i truly hungry? i may just be bored. 10- will this keep me feeling just a bit daintier than i do when im not empty?
if you havent answered yes to any of these, put it back. you donโt need it.
drink 2 cups of tea and go for a walk instead.

Before and afters for some motivation ๐
i lost 4 pounds in a week and the way i did it;
- 8 cups of water per day to decrease appetiteย
- i worked out every day this week to burn calories and build muscleย
- i set little achievable goals like working out 5 minutes more after you would have given up
- put lemon juice in water to drink more water and decrease sugar cravingsย
- cold water to lower your internal temperature and burn calories to warm you back up (+ more water!)ย
- cold showers to burn calories
- sleep at 66 - 68 degrees (F) to burn calories and lower chances of diabetesย ย
and most important:
self control
good luck!
clean your room
open curtains/windows
take a shower
put on clean clothes
get out of your room a bit
stretch
drink a glass of water
get the hard/important stuff out of the way while you have energy
set some (any!) goals
remember that it is okay to have bad days
