The urge to wrap him up in a blanket and kill everyone who ever hurt him consumes me btw.
Apollo is always trying to get the other gods to visit their children and one of the ways he does that is by threatening adoption if they don’t visit often enough
I think about apollo and artemis so often. apollo is physically and emotionally abused by his father and his support system is basically non-existent, the only person he could've talked to is artemis because she knows how to deal with victims of abuse, she has been doing this for centuries but artemis unknowingly contributes to apollo's abuse by the nagging/lecturing (boo)which makes apollo believe that his father is in the right and the problem lies with apollo and this renders apollo even more unable to speak up. they're literally so special to me.they slowly drift apart because of the facade apollo puts on as a result of the abuse. artemis starts being constantly annoyed at her brother's presence because apollo now acts even more impulsively and triggers zeus' wrath and he's just an idiot in general who flirts with her hunters but she still gets worried when apollo doesnt drop in at the hunt atleast once every 3 weeks but tells herself that he must be fooling off on olympus with the other pompous fools or persuing some mortal. apollo doesn't listen to his father, doesn't pay attention at olympian meetings, calls her little sis despite knowing she helped delivered him and this all just makes her madder at him but he's her brother so she tolerates him. she thinks he's an idiot but is unaware of the fact that her dear little brother is an abuse victim, that too at the hands of their father. there's no way artemis has corelated apollo with abuse because cmon, apollo is an olympian, one of the most powerful beings, what creature would dare hurt him? and even if any did, he would take artemis' help because they're meant to fight side by side, as siblings, as they did against typhon and all the enemies of olympus.plus, apollo is very dramatic and expressive so either he'd tell her or she'd find it out herself.artemis is a daddy's girl, she knows that zeus is sometimes hard on apollo but it's because apollo was being an idiot again, and her father was just doing his job as king. apollo and artemis slowly drift apart as apollo tries to sheild his sister from the dark parts of his life and artemis is blissfully ignorant to the abuse happening behind the scenes and apollo thinks he's succeeded but he's left with loneliness and a constant sense of despair. he thinks his sister hates him because she never attends any of his concerts and she snaps and bickers with him whenever they meet and never has anything to good to say about him (ttc, boo) and doesn't want him around. as godlings they were so close and told each other everything ̶ ̶(except the truth about the python incident) and had secrets they kept from their mother but now they hardly have any meaningful conversation and all they do is bicker which is why artemis never told apollo about moonwater and the waystation. artemis never even defends his name in front of others (boo->its athena that steps in).
I love artemis unknowingly contributing to the abuse. themz<3
In-ho: I just want to destroy Gi-hun and make his life miserable
In-ho: *sees Gi-hun crying*
In-ho: I will destroy every aspect of known universe and burn whatever remains to ashes in order to be sure I eradicated whatever hurt him
That cursed cat Alastor thing going around is too good, it has me posting messy meme pseudoWIPs like I’m not a chronic perfectionist
Anyway, I’m desperate to know if cursed cat Alastor still owns Husk’s soul and if so, how he holds his cane? A close second was gonna be the microphone dangling from around his neck like a cowbell, but readable silhouettes won out
ch.7 Tcf Drabbles
I want it to be battle of the glib tongue.. but I don't know how to make one ಡ ͜ ʖ ಡ
If anyone can make one, feel free to use this, just erase everything that was written or edit it however you want lol (。•̀ᴗ-)✧
This pic reminds me of Hermes with Luke but the thing was that there was a second track and a lever
ToA proves that there was a different track, a very faint one in the dirt and no one knew if there would be people on the track further up but the main thing was that there WAS another track.
Hermes just didn't see it until it was too late. Until the lever was useless and didnt work anymore no matter how much he tried to pull it, until the other track was gone. Until Luke was dead.
The picture is what Hermes thought and I find that depressing
i dont trust people who start watching supernatural and develop a morality complex over dean's character. like what the fuck do you mean you didn't immediately love him? what do you mean 'he does and says bad things'?? he has never done anything wrong in his life what is your problem?????
I want to look more into this later
So I really like the direction they're taking Alastor's character in.
Of course there's the part where they confirm that he is owned by someone and he has this really visceral mental breakdown and that makes him sympathetic.
But also in the 7th ep he ends up making a deal with Charlie where she owes him a favor, which as of now doesn't seem that big of a deal or dangerous to Charlie, and immediately after that his demeanor changes quite a bit. He's genuinely nice and helpful to Charlie the whole rest of this and the next ep.
(like holy shit there's so much of it)
He also introduces her to Rosie who's exactly who Charlie needed in terms of helping her defend the hotel and giving her relationship advice.
We get to see Alastor's wholesome relationship with Rosie and hear her saying "Alastor has never done me wrong before" and we know she deals with him a lot. I wonder if that means
1) he's at the hotel to find a way to free himself and is very desperate about it and so he calms down a bit and becomes less hostile once he feels safer about his situation. That Charlie WILL help him once he needs it.
or 2) deals are in general a way in which he knows how to form relationships with ppl and so Rosie (and now Charlie) going along with it is what allows him to feel more secure/in control, let his guard down and genuinely bond with them.
I'm obsessed with Apollo in PJO. He's a girlboss. He's bisexual. He's a loser. He killed his ex boyfriend by screaming at him. He's enslaved by a twelve year old. He's the 4000 year old god. He's stuck in the body of a 16 year old with acne. He passes out every fifty pages. He claims to be the eldest twin. His twin sister helped deliver him. He has a talking prophetic arrow only he can hear. He canonically gave birth to Kayla through godly mpreg. He fucking hates ravens. He sang Sweet Caroline whilst actively dying from a zombie virus. He loves elephants. He's a simp. He got cockblocked by a talking sword. He hates everything. He needs to be protected by a 12 year old whenever a fight breaks out. He's a sopping wet cat. He's blorbo. He's entirely and utterly pathetic. He should NEVER be allowed a gun. We stan <3
Oh, no, his hat. ☹️
